Located out on the point at the Kahana Village Resort, our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is 1200 sq feet, completely remodeled and very well appointed. We are just steps from the waters edge and enjoy sunset views in between the island of Lanai & Molokai. Our fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need for all of your meals, and a nice washer and dryer provides all the comforts of home. Come and see why our condo is one of the most requested at Kahana Village!
For guest comfort and to ensure proper system performance, the air conditioning is set to 74 degrees.

Kahana Village Unit 28

We loved Kahana Village and could not have been more pleased with Unit 28. The unit was clean and had everything we could have needed. The views were amazing! The Wednesday night mai-tai party was a fun plus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit overlooking the beach. Well stocked with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and boogie boards. Lovely landscaping, friendly employees, easy access to beach and small pool. Outdoor gas grills with pleasant dining area. I would definitely return if guven the opportunity.

This resort should be regarded as a "retirement" resort

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 28 from 2/3 thru 2/8. "We" consist of 2 married couples, all between the ages of 54 to 59. Upon arrival the property manager was very pleasant & helpful. The unit was exactly as pictured on line. The grounds are attractive but the beach is very small. On the evening of 2/4 we were enjoying some music & conversation on the lanai. At approximately 8:45 pm the resort "security" knocked on our door & started yelling at us immediately when we opened the door telling us there were 15 complaints about the noise we were making. He could have stated there were some complaints & that they needed us to quiet down. Instead he chose to make all of us feel like scolded teenagers instead of treated like mature adults & paying a hefty price to stay there. We stated we did not realize that we were being loud, apologized & moved into our unit from the lanai. About 10 minutes later he came back to our unit banging on the door & proceeded to yell at us again threatening to "kick you out if I have to come back one more time". He stated that "this is a family resort!" One of us had asked what the quiet time was & he said quiet time was at 10pm". I looked at the clock & stated it was 9:54pm. He then yelled "quiet time is 9 & silent time is 10!" We did double check the rules & they do state quiet time is 10pm. We discovered the back windows of our unit were open so the music & our conversation was being funneled into the courtyard behind us. Once we realized that we closed the windows so we did not disturb any other guests. Kahana Village is such a family resort that they literally have a sign posted in the pool "No Marco Polo Allowed". It seems that they do not want any kind of noise at the resort including children playing in the pool. The security person should be trained on how to treat guests & how to resolve issues without being a bully. We will not be staying there again or recommending it to anyone solely based on how we were treated by the security personnel.
