Lovely 2 bedroom Golf Shore villa on the 17th hole on Seabrook Island

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa overlooking the 17th hole of the Seabrook Islands golf course.

Primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, 2 twin beds in the guest room and the den has a pullout sofa. Private screened in back porch with fans is great for outdoor dining.

Villa is less than 1 mile to the closest beach access. Seabrook offers wonderful beaches and beautiful sunsets. The Freshfield Village and Bohicket Marina are a short drive and offer fun shopping and dining options.

Please note that this villa only comes with access to the outdoor pool at the property owners Lake House facility. Access to the fitness facility would incur additional fees. This property does not have access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities. Make this great villa your next vacation rental destination!!!

All gate passes are now administered through SymLiv. Gate passes are $40.00 per vehicle. Booking includes the first gate pass. If additional passes are needed, please contact host for further instructions. Maximum number of overnight vehicles permitted is 2.

Partially updated. Master bath update was lovely. Mattress in master good for me. Kitchen was sufficient but in need of some TLC. Listings was accurate.Owners were perfectly lovely and easy to work with. Good experience. Good value.

The location is excellent. The property was nice. The sofa and loveseat need to be replaced as they are old, broke down and stained. The decor is simple (no splash of color except sofa and loveseat). The walls are stark. Unfortunately, not friendly and inviting but that is my personal preference. The kitchen needs a keurig and oven mitts. I ended up buying hand towels for the bathrooms. With a little TLC this could easily be great accommodations. Bed was very comfortable. We probably wouldn’t stay here again, due to the fact of it being a bit out of the way for us.

Sliding door in main area was broken. Many outlets didn’t work in the unit. We had to fix the ceiling fan. No property management was sent out to help with maintenance. A deck painting was scheduled on a day we had to go to a wedding that was inconvenient because we couldn’t exit front or back door in the morning. Screened in porch had holes and wasps were getting in also found a roach in the bathroom. Roach traps were found everywhere. Not safe with kids. Otherwise, location was great and peaceful.

The condo was well kept and had plenty of everything needed. We had a small issue with connecting to wifi (user error) and the host was immediately available to rectify the issue, even on a Friday night. I highly recommend this host and condo!

Enjoyed spending our spring break here!

We come to Seabrook often, but this was our first time staying at this villa. Everything was comfortable, clean, and we had just what we needed. We spent lots of time sitting on the back porch which was so nice this time of year!

Great Stay

Greatly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook. The owner was quick to respond and will send you everything you need to know about the area. The property is a little dated but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Great place for a quiet stay near the beach.

Nice Seabrook Island Retreat

Great communication with the owner, very clean upon arrival, nice accommodations. Late checkout and Lakehouse fitness center card were major bonuses for our family.

Quiet Villa

This was the perfect spot for our small family to enjoy! It was tucked away and quiet with pretty views. We loved using the Lake House Pool and exploring the island.

Great gateway

Perfect for the two of us. Very quiet and beautiful location. Until had everything we needed. Close to many activities (golf for us). Plenty of room for more guests we never used the other bedroom. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Value

This unit was very clean upon check-in. Positives were some of the upgrades like a new kitchen faucet and new ceiling fan in master bedroom. This townhouse was bug-free, kitchen was well appointed for family meals, and late check-out is very nice! We hope to stay again!

Perfect weekend getaway

This villa was perfect for us and our two kids. We loved biking around the neighborhood and to the beach. King bed in master bedroom is really comfy and we loved the large screen porch overlooking the golf course!

Great stay!

This condo was awesome! Fully equipped kitchen with an on site washer and dryer. Both bedrooms were super spacious and clean, same with the bathrooms. The king bed was a little too firm for my liking but thats ok. I would definitely stay here again.

Cook 2022 Summer Vacation

My adult daughter, her significant other and I really enjoyed our week at Seabrook Island, the place is great, I really enjoyed the screened in porch and spent many hours out there.

Amazing!!!

The house was clean and the host was very responsive if we had questions. The house was perfect for a family of 4. We loved looking out at the golf course from the screened in back porch and taking a short drive to the beach. Our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Debbie, but the host very willing to work with us. So amazing. We will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Perfect

The condo was perfect. The location overlooking 17 green was amazing. We saw the most incredible wildlife during our evening walks along the golf course. Our only minor complaint was that we almost couldn’t make tee times because the owner of the condo was not a member of the golf courses. The amenities club was able to fix that with a nominal fee.

In town for a wedding

Condo was nice but needs a good cleaning. Mold in the shower and kitchen floor was sticky. Overall just did not feel comfortable that it was clean. Not a bug in sight though. But host responded very quickly regarding parking pass and that was appreciated.
