The minute you enter this beautiful villa you will see that it is different than all the rest! Decorated in a shabby chic style with unique, one of a kind touches you won't find anywhere else, this home will be the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Take a dip in the pool or a walk in the quiet neighborhood. Our comfortable villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV. Queen beds in the master and 1 bedroom are very comfy, and the 3rd bedroom holds 2 twin beds for the little ones. High speed WiFi is available throughout. The master on suite offers a walkout to the enclosed swimming pool. A pool heater is available for an additional fee. A queen sized sleeper sofa gives room for a total of 8 people. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for your special flare! Lake Berkley Resort is a gated community with 24 hr live security. Within Lake Berkley you will have access to a beautiful clubhouse, weight room, community pool, stocked fishing lake, volleyball and basketball courts.

A pool heater is available at $20 a day if desired



Note that a security deposit of $150 will be held on the card used during booking 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure. This will only be a hold unless there are damages to the property. Damages will be deducted from this security deposit and the balance will be released 5 days after departure

Recruiting trip

Only hiccup was we ran out of propane on day 2 for the grill. I emailed the contact but never heard from them nor did we get a new tank. Just a little inconvenience as we planned to use it.

There were a few things that we didn't like.. All the bed sheets in all the rooms didn't seem clean. Saw some hair on there. The pot & pans seem very old and been used up so many times, all scratch up and so was some plates. Every night around 2am to 3am we will hear 4 beeps. Not sure where the beeping was coming from but my kids were scare the first night when we got there and its did woke me up 1 night. Sunday morning, woke up to a broken pile outside. They had to shut off the water which was fine since we were gone for the day and I was worried we will not have water sunday night. Beth went beyoned and got it fixed..thank you beth for answering our phone called and for the fast response. Other then that we love the house. It's beautiful and my kids love the swimming pools.

Wonderful home!

We loved our stay in this cute home. It was just what my family and I were looking for. Pool was great, beds were comfortable and a/c worked great. The location is the absolute best!!!

We have been here before, says enough i think. Couple of minor things which were directly adressed by Beth, quick response made it more enjoyable. We had a great and relaxed vacation, exactly as we imagined.

Girls Trip

The home is comfortable and clean. It is located in a gated community and centrally located to everything. There are 2 Walmarts within a few miles and itā€™s only 20 mins from the parks. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we plan to stay here in the future.

Nice stay

I would give it a 8 out of 10. Nice location and property but two of the rooms the cable boxes were out and it was impossible getting ahold of the rental company. I also called the rental company prior to staying and asked them to call me and they never did. The place was really nice though.

Beautiful neighborhood

This was a great place to stay, the neighborhood is quiet even though it's just a half mile from the busy commercial district on 192. Beth was great--easy to communicate with and very attentive. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Nice house!

Very nice, clean house. Quiet neighborhood. An update on the bathrooms would make it better. We enjoyed the pool and would book again. Walmart was very close so that was very convenient for all our needs.

Great vacation nice community

We enjoyed our stay. Some highlights were -the nice home away from home. -easy access to Walmart grocery delivery -cute gated community scenic, walkable with a nice pond and outdoor amenities. we loved visiting ā€œbird islandā€ daily -some beach blankets and umbrellas in the garage for our beach day. -close to Orlando amusement parks. -very peaceful and relaxing stay. Quick Orlando Trip

This condo was perfect for myself and 2 of my family members visiting the area. The gated community is nice and quiet. There is a nice lake with a little sandy area, playground and a path that I rode one of the supplied bikes around. Stores nearby for all needs. The house was great. Pool was refreshing. Would definitely book again next time I'm in the area.

Minor issues for an overall 3 star rating.

We recently stayed at this property for 9 days. Overall our family really enjoyed our stay. There were only a few minor issues that I feel worth mentioning that would of made our stay even more enjoyable. We did not use the BBQ: The grill is in need of a good cleaning. The TV where the boys slept, we could not get it to work. The bike tires were flat. We tired to pump up the tires with the pump that was in the garage but it was the wrong type of pump. The foosball table located in the garage was broken and not usable. The house is true to its pictures. We loved spending time outside in the pool and soaking up the sun. The few minor issues listed was why I rated this property overall with a 3 star rating.

Safe and relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. Really close to a Walmart which was nice as I did pickup and that was perfect! There were 2 bikes in garage but couldnā€™t ride them because the pump in the garage only had fitting for pool toys and it also leaked and was easier just to blow them up. We didnā€™t mind the 30 min drive to universal. The pool was awesome. Just may need some screen repair in a couple spots. Gated community made us feel very safe!
