About this space

A Vacation to Remember for a Lifetime in this beautiful Central Florida Vacation Home. Swim in the private pool, relax in the cozy living area, enjoy music, movies or just read a book,
lots of variety in the house. Close to all major attractions. Close to shopping, drug stores and medical Urgent Care,

The space

Open concept home with plenty of room and relaxing furnishings. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and black out curtains for a good night's sleep. Cook fantastic meals with a fully stocked kitchen with all the glasses, plates, Pots and pans and utensils you will need, There is a spice rack for you to use. And clean-up is a breeze with the dishwasher so you can get back to having fun. Screened in newly refinished in-ground pool with handrail on stairs ease of access. There are lounge chairs to relax by the Pool and enjoy the sun all afternoon, go for a swim to cool off, Enjoy the water view with a lot of local animals that call it home.
Come back from a busy day at the theme parks or shopping to relax by the pool and enjoy the sun set.

There is a patio table and chairs for out door eating. Outdoor place settings and glasses to use. Our Guests have full access to the house, garage, patio, pool and yard.
Other things to note

Welcome to our rental home. Please treat everything within our property as if it were your own. We want it notated that all guests brought in beyond the amount that have been booked and confirmed on the reservation and who intend to stay overnight will be charged an additional fee of $25 per night per person. We look forward to having you and hope you enjoy your stay!

Very comfortable, great location to Lake Toho boat ramp and all around just perfect. Anytime I reached out to the host for info regarding the area, they were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this rental!!

My wife and I stayed for 17 nights in March. Check-in was very easy and we were very happy with cleanliness of property. We were happily surprised how fully equipped the kitchen was. Everything we needed for a ong stay was provided. We also loved the pool which was heated to very comfortable temperature. All in all, we had a great stay with all the support from our host we needed. Thanks!

Great communication with host. Minor issues that we experienced were able to be corrected with ease and didn't impact our stay. Staying in a house for 8 nights was so much better than staying in a hotel. Will look at VRBO as an option for next vacation.

Best VRBO rental ever

Our granddaughter and her family stayed at Give Kids The World Village and we wanted to be close to them to visit and go to Disney with them.

Perfect location for us

We had family staying at Give Kids The World and this property is within blocks. Also close to theme parks. The kids loved the pool. Communication with host was awesome

Wonderful stay!!!

Thank you Kim and Louis for a great home away from home. My family and I enjoyed our week. The pool and toys were a hit with our kids and the location was great, close to lots of restaurant and Walmart. We really appreciated having the extra household items to make our stay great. We highly recommend your home when statying in the Orlando area. Great job guys!

I recommend this spacious home for your stay. Kim was a very attentive welcoming host. The home was comfortable and clean. The bed’s were super comfy and the black out curtains were an added bonus …. we slept very well . The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We are coffee drinkers so it was nice to see a regular coffee pot as opposed to a single cup machine. Side note : The living room TV is “going out” once turned on it takes a bit to be able to see the picture clearly. The other TV’s are perfect. We would definitely stay here again ! Thank you Kim. Lynn and family were wondeful guests to host. Thy left the house in perfect shape and obeyed all the house rules. Lynn is great with responces . We would love to host them again.

VERY CLEAN

I must first say that communication with the hosts was great! They answered all questions that I had before and during our stay in a very timely manner! When we entered the home, the smell of cleanliness hit us and the house was immaculate! It was well stocked for all of our cooking needs and everything needed to make it home away from hom! The screened in porch with private pool was VERY WELCOMING and I enjoyed it every morning and evening to read and relax! I can’t say enough great things about the hosts and this home! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My husband Lou and myself Kim live very close by and love the neighbourhood. It is quiet and great for families. We have been hosting for 5 years now and when given the chance love to meet our guests and make sure they have a great time.

There is a small lake or pond behind the house and we see all kinds of wildlife, from ducks to squirrels, hawks, fish, turtles etc.

With the screen in pool area, there are no bugs, you can relax BBQ and enjoy your meals outside and the pool can be heated for a small fee so you can swim all year long.
