This is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home situated in the best location in Ocean Lakes on a quiet dead end street yet in walking distance to everything. The house sits 300 feet from the beach and close to the Recreation Center, pool and waterpark. There are two large decks with beautiful views of Magnolia Lake. The first floor contains the master bedroom, a full bathroom, a family room and a kitchen with seating for a large family. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have Queen beds and one has 2 sets of bunk beds. One of the Queen rooms has a crib and one has a small sitting area. There is a fully enclosed shower on the ground level as well as a seating area and a grill. There is parking for 4 vehicles. Cars must be registered with Ocean Lakes for a charge of $10 per night

Our family had the best time!! The house was close to the ocean and all the activities offered at Ocean Lakes. We enjoyed fishing across the street from the house. The house is located on a dead end road which was convenient for the kids to play football and the adults to enjoy cornhole. The owners were friendly and easy to get in touch with. We had an issue with the tv in the living room and within a few hours a new one was delivered and setup. We canā€™t wait for our next vacation!

Perfect Private but Close Proximity Getaway

Our New Favorite Vacation Home

Myrtle Beach is our favorite Spring Break vacation . We all agree this is the best home we have ever stayed in. We plan to make it our yearly home away from home. The owners are amazing and completely helpful. The house has everything you could possibly need. Itā€™s close to everything like the beach, park and cafes. We recommend this place to everyone.

Great location! Short walk to the beach and pool. We loved fishing in the lake in front of our house. The house was very clean and beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. Host was very friendly and responsive! Would love to book again in future.

Location couldn't be better! Didn't need to rent a golf cart, steps to the beach and steps to the water park. Received the contract to sign while driving down, would have been nice to have this taken care of earlier. We also received the "items you need to bring" list when we were already on our way which included toilet paper, dishsoap, trash bags... Would have been nice to have this ahead of time so I could bring items from home. We did stop to buy all the things only to find that most items were actually in the house, so check before you buy. Check in is crazy in the summer, you go through the same main entrance as all campers. They won't give you a parking pass without the site number which wasn't in the arrival instructions, thankfully there's a number to call and they were super responsive with that info so. House was great, lots of room for a large group.

Cozy little home

Our family spend a long weekend here. My brother and his family flew in from Colorado and I was able to meet my nephew and see him enjoy the beach and ocean for the first time. The house was cozy and provided everything that we needed. The location was ideal that we could walk to the beach, the pool, or the store. The only thing that I would say was an issue was having to have all linens and towels picked up 2 hours prior to checking out as this made it difficult for people to shower/sleep in and caused a mad rush. Other than this, we absolutely loved our stay. Robin was extremely helpful and responsive when we had any questions. She even checked in halfway through our stay to make sure that everything was good. We will definitely be back.

Nice quiet street with lake access

Loved staying at the house. We had a fabulous time and it was very clean. Just wish there were a few ā€œback up thingsā€ like salt and pepper, trash bags, dish washing pods ā€¦ maybe two of each to give you something to work with when you get there until you can get to the store to grab it. Was not a fan of the laundry service provided. They leave the linens outside for you. You put them on the beds and strip beds before you leave. We werenā€™t given the correct sized sheets (not owners fault) and I feel having the sheets already on the beds would eliminate this problem.

The location was great and the street was perfect for the kids to play. Beautiful view of the pond. House was perfect for a large party of people. Comfortable beds and very spacious. Kitchen was filled and labeled with supplies.

Very enjoyable stay

The house was very nice, spacious and, for us, was in a good location. The owner communicated well. We would definitely stay again. Only (minor) drawback was that a golf car was not included. However, I certainly understand it is probably a hassle to include a golf car so this is not a complaint at all.

Great place for fun

The listing is very accurate. House and community was super fun. This house has a full kitchen, but unlike other properties Iā€™ve been in there isnā€™t anything more than pots, pans, utensils. Needed to bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and any cooking essentials (or salt, oil, etc..). There is also a linen fee and you will arrive needing to make all the beds and then strip beds before leaving. Linen collection is 2 hours before checkout!! This place would be great for local travelers, but not so much for long distance travelers (from ca). All things considered, we were all very happy with the house and itā€™s location.
