Ocean Lakes Southern Comfort - 3 bed 2 bath home on stilts

Welcome to this charming house in Myrtle Beach. This fantastic property features 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with twin-size bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV and the home sleeps 6 people. You'll find two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, heating, a washing machine, and more. Experience the magic of Ocean Lakes Family Campground at our house.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and includes a private bath. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need for preparing any meal and a dishwasher to help with the cleanup. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck, with two rockers and a table w/seating for six. There is a gas grill for cookouts and a convenient outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home. It has a covered deck that is great for relaxing and a seating area with a TV under the house. You can enjoy the waterpark in the summer along with the lazy river. Or you can escape to the beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the waves or hunt seashells and catch an amazing sunrise or sunset.

Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, cornhole, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, an indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, a water slide, and a lazy river open from Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool is available year-round. At the pavilion, they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24-hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays, if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, $15/vehicle per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay.

Between November and March, linens are not provided. Please let me know if you need me to arrange for linens during your stay.

Our goal is to make you feel at home during your stay, therefore we keep our house clean and well-stocked with amenities, as you would your own. Our family is excited to have been able to purchase this property and excited to share our home with others. We love the location as it is only a three-minute ride on the golf cart, which is complimentary in the rental, to the beach but just far enough away from the busy section of Ocean Lakes to enjoy some quiet relaxing time. Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community, the rental of this house is intended for families and extended families. It is NOT intended for groups of young singles under the age of 25. Thank you in advance for respecting our home.

You must purchase $12/day express check in car passes directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes. The fee increases to $15 a day if arrival is 10 days or less from request.

A signed house/golf cart agreement is required within 5 days of booking. (provided via DocuSign upon reservation or on this site) There is a $500 refundable deposit to use the golf cart. The deposit is returned provided there are no damages and/or tickets/citations given from security.
