Cozy single story cottage 5 steps to ocean. 3 bedroom 1 bath with attached Master suite with 1 bathroom with private entrance and fabulous view of ocean (4 bedroom, 2 baths total). Amenities include Full kitchen with microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwasher, glasses, coffee maker, etc., Free WIFI Internet, Free Digital Cable, 2 TVs', washer/dryer (Coin Laundry- $1.25/wash/dry), patio with BBQ and reserved parking in tandem for 2 vehicles. It is 1 house off the ocean and 1 1/2 blocks to bay.

This Property is 3/8 Mile to Pacific Beach, just a few steps to Old Mission beaches shops, and restaurants and 1 Mile to Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): Wavehouse with manmade wave machine, indoor olympic size pool, jacuzzi, and health club. Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, go carts, glow in the dark minature golf, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading. Lots within walking distance.

Lots of beach toys and games for the children:
sand castle building items, Frisbee, smash ball, beach chairs, footballs, boogie boards etc.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, pair sailing, jet skis, etc.

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules from the attached contract in the listing when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to show Identification when checking in. A picture can be emailed prior to arrival. Subleasing, Parties, Smoking and Pets are Prohibited. If we have received these documents we will be sending check in information when the property is ready on the day of arrival.


P.S.- The building across the court has been demolished and is in the process of constructing a new building. 9/24/2025- They are in the process of grading and planing for footings and developing the foundation. It is illegal to do work on Sundays and hope they will not be working on Saturdays for quiet enjoyment. While we would rather keep a quiet environment for our guests we cannot control the process of development across the court. Please consider this when renting this property.
