Great property for my family and small dog. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. It is an upstairs unit so I did feel bad for the downstairs with my little running around, but didnā€™t have any issues. Probably just me worrying. Great Kitchen and the patio in the back was great to sit and relax. Parking was a headache if you have a big vehicle, but that is just Mission Beach. If you know, you know. Overall an outstanding stay and beautiful beach place!

We loved our stay. The house is neat and clean and close to both the ocean and the bay. The kids loved it. And we were able to bring our little dog.

The place was exactly as described. Clean and well stocked. There really isnā€™t much of an outdoor area, just a small patio. We didnā€™t have kids or dogs so it wasnā€™t an issue for us, but a small yard would be nice for little people. It was perfect for adults and we loved it.

Perfect Mission Beach location

Our family enjoyed our Spring Break stay at the property. We were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants and activities in the area. It was also a quick drive away to get to the Zoo and downtown San Diego. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, HORRIBLE beds

First off, you really canā€™t beat the location . Walking distance to the beach, and a volleyball playerā€™s dream with all the courts near by. Pretty decent coffee shops a short walk away and the pier about a 15 minute walk as well. However, the beds are AWFULS. Multiple people in my party woke up with stiff necks and achy bodies. One of the beds basically has a 8 inch dip right in the middle and itā€™s literally impossible to sleep if youā€™re a front sleeper. Wish they would get new beds.

Perfect Location

Great location, great space with plenty of room for a family and a great and well appointed kitchen. Less than half a mile to Belmont Park and either the bay to the east or the beach to the west. Very quiet aside from the air traffic noise from the airport, but that is to be expected in the area. Very lovely place and will definitely return.

Excellence location

Excellent location! Half a block to the bay and approximately one long block to the ocean. This house is within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. Large kitchen with plenty or room to sit. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. The neighbors were quiet and we enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the patio.

I write this review having just left San Diego, California just a few days ago. Your beach house is one of the best ones I have stayed at! The location was remarkable - only a few minutes from Mission Bay Beach and the Pacific Ocean and just a short walk to Belmont Park. There were many shops/restaurants which were just a short walk. The beach house was beautiful, well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens. The beach house had two balconies, one of which was covered, and the other one was large and in the shade in the late afternoon (I rented the top floor unit). We were provided two parking spaces which were great! They were small but we had small vehicles which were perfect. It had everything that was needed or wanted for a wonderful beach vacation! There was airplane noise but I donā€™t think you could stay in this area and not hear some noise. We will be coming back to San Diego and hope to stay in this beach house again!

Great location, nice and clean, comfortable Small easy fixes needed but overall the place was great and enjoyable. Kitchen well equipped (but may need salt/pepper. Had blender and electric tea kettle and coffee maker were great adds. We really had more good things to say than bad. Parking was tight for a full size truck but do-able! Easy walk to beach, coffee and taco stand nearby. Great time had-thank you! Fix it notes: ceiling fan light in first bedroom not working well creating strobe effect. Fan in 2nd bedroom very noisy. Freezer had small issue closing-creating some frost and bathroom toilet paper holder broken. Master patio door hinges need to be screwed down more so door opens easier.

We enjoyed our stay!

We traveled to San Diego with our family of five and overall had a wonderful stay. The condo is really cute and super close to the beach and was a short driving distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. The door to the patio off of the master bedroom was stuck, we reached out to the rental company who said they would come check it out but never did. The master bathroom water pressure leaves something to be desired and note for future guests I wish weā€™d figured out sooner, the second bathroom temperature is in reverse. Turn to cold for hot! And the toilet paper holder was missing, not an issue, I just donā€™t want to be held responsible for it. The kitchen was really nice and while we didnā€™t cook seemed well equipped. The neighborhood is walkable and quiet, and again, that access to the beach, so great!
