The one and only Tommy Bahama House, 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, located directly on Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida. The elegance and beauty of Tommy Bahama House is apparent when you turn off Hickory Blvd. onto the faux grass driveway and see the ginger bread trim. You will immediately know why you choose to spend your vacation or holiday on this beach front treasure. Take the white stairs and new vinyl railing and balusters on the North side of Tommy Bahama to the front door. Enter your own personal code, step in side and enjoy the untold beauty of vaulted ceilings, Gulf of Mexico views, granite kitchen counter tops and a screened lanai that will take your breath a way. Wonder why the name Tommy Bahama?? Mounted on the wall is an original Tommy Bahama display used by the founders of the world-renowned company when he was trying to get anyone to carry his clothing brand. Walk down the hallway and on your left is the master bedroom with king size bed and its private full bathroom. On the right side of the hallway is bedroom two with Queen size bed. Just a few more steps and you arrive at the third bedroom with two bunk beds. The second full bathroom is in the hallway in between the two guest bedrooms which has a walk-in shower. Take the stairs that brought you to the front door to the lower level patio and barbeque area and relax under the shaded outdoor sitting area with large table. When you are looking for that perfect beach front private home or cottage, Tommy Bahama House will make you glad you came, but sorry when it is time to leave.

Exceptionally clean, well stocked. Kitchen has everything you could need. Plenty of extra towels, sheets and pillows. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great beach-front house

We had a great time staying at this house. The location right on the beach couldn't be better. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels to make hanging out at the house very comfortable. It's only a few minutes away from several restaurants, the grocery store, and anything else you need. We'd definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway at Bonita Beach

I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental at Bonita Beach, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The house is stunning, featuring an amazing view that truly takes your breath away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the gorgeous scenery was the highlight of my trip.The home was well stocked with all the essentials and more, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our stay. We had everything we needed to feel at home, from kitchen supplies to beach gear.Communication with the owner was seamless and easy. They were always responsive and available to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. I can’t wait to return!

Nice place on beach

Very nice house on the beach. We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and loved no stairs with a baby. Could use new pillowcases as there were stains. Otherwise, would stay again!

Best Bonita Stay Yet

Our family of 6 has vacationed in Bonita for the past 5 years, staying in different houses on the beach. We all agreed this was our favorite house & we already booked it for next year. The house was clean, utilities were new, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were pretty updated as well. I read in another review that there were no beach chairs, so I was a little nervous about that -- but there were plenty of beach chairs at the property. The only thing the property was lacking was honestly some wine glasses -- but they had plenty of other glasses!

Truly Special Property with Amazing View!

Our family just finished a one week stay at the Tommy Bahama House and I’m glad to report that every one of us loved the property. The house is an older Florida style home wedged in the middle of some larger modern homes but for me that just added to the charm. The house has been very tastefully decorated and updated and was extremely comfortable-from furniture to beds. It truly felt like a home away from home for the week. The view from the porch overlooking the ocean is to dies for and the patio furnishings super comfortable. It was a quick walk out to the beach each day for a stroll and to sunbathe. The downstairs apartment (perfect for in-laws or to get some quiet space away) also had a gorgeous view of the water. And the property manager (Arlan) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He touched base with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and even came to take the trash and recycling out (despite our offer to take care of ourselves). Arlan insisted that our only focus should be relaxing and enjoying the beach. If there’s a downside to this property at all it might be that it is not within walking distance of any restaurants or stores though that is true of most properties along this stretch of beach. Within 5 or so miles there is a wide variety of options for dining and shopping – everything from WalMart to Whole Foods. The kitchen is well set up and well stocked, so I would recommend shopping for the week and just going out for occasional meals as you will not beat the view from the dining room table or the deck at any other area restaurant. There were plenty of televisions and the wifi worked well enough to satisfy our teenage kids. There is also a nice supply of games, CD’s, books and other entertainment distractions stocked in the house as well as a variety of beach toys and chairs. In short, this house has all that you would want or need to enjoy a great week on Bonita Beach. We hope to return some day and hope that others get to enjoy the property as it truly is a special place!

Enjoyed the house very much good flow and loved the proximity to the water and the screen porch we'll try to come back again next year. The owner was very accommodating and allowing us Sunday to Sunday which made it much easier for the part of our family that was traveling

Relaxing and well equipped home. Very few smaller homes left in Bonita Springs. This one was incredibly comfortable. House is organized well. Small repairs needed but overall did not effect us at all. I would stay again without question.

Can’t beat the location. Very private beach.

A smaller property amongst mansions. Wake up to the crashing waves. Take the short stroll to the water’s edge. Most days during our week-long stay in April, we were the only ones on the beach within 100 feet in either direction. Has a separate living and sleeping area on the lower level that was perfect for our teenager. Screened porch was wonderful.

Location was great, property clean and very comfortable. Only small issue was that I wish they had some beach chairs, we brought our own so we were fine, but if I had flown it would have been a bummer...that is all I have..will for sure stay there again

Tommy Bahamas house - Bonita

This was a perfect location to feel like the beach was yours and yours alone . Except for beach walkers we were mostly sitting on a long stretch of beach all alone . Water was delightful, with sandy bottom and perfect depth. Many groceries / restaurants etc with 5-10 minute ride so supplies were easily available . We were only four so didn’t take advantage of the full capacity of the house, but the downstairs suite was perfect for those of us needing to minimize stairs . House was moderately well equipped . Beds were comfortable and laundry area was large and handy . Only critique would be that the towels are well past their useful life and need replacement . All in all We would definitely use the property again .
