This was a great location, a short walk across the street to the beach and close to restaurants. The multi level lanai was great for sitting by the pool or the second level outdoor dinning.

Great stay in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as pictured—clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach, and the private pool was a highlight for kids and adults.The kitchen is overly stocked and could use some reorganizing. There is a new home being built across the street—while the construction noise was minimal and didn’t bother us, it’s worth being aware of.Overall, a great property in a great location—we’d happily stay again!

The location was great, and the house was very comfortable. We did find a set of kid socks stuufed into the sectional, but the home was fairly clean. We had brought our own beach stuff, but the home haf plenty to borrow. We would definitely rent there again.

Great location, lived in area for 25 years and if you want to boat/fish this is a great spot. Boat lift was not usable but we made due.

Family vacation

The house was just as advertised. It fit our family perfectly. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was very close. There were a ton of beach chairs, floats, a wagon & cooler to use.

Great House / Great Location to Beach / Plenty of Beach accessories.

We recently stayed at this property for 7 nights. The home was exactly what we expected and had plenty of space for a family of 5 (children 12/9/5). The communication from Mike was quick and the check in process was easy with a door code. There were plenty of items available for use (beach umbrellas / beach chairs / wagons / beach toys / cooler etc. This made it nice to not have to bring these items or purchase them. A paddle board was also available and it was nice to use in the canal. The walk to the beach (access point 8) was super convenient. There were fishing poles / shrimp buckets available to use in the saltwater canal. Fishing the canal was fun and you can catch multiple species of fish with live shrimp. The pool was nice to have on rainy days or as an alternative to the beach. Our only recommendations would be to de clutter some of the pantry space as there wasn’t much kitchen space and we stored everything on the countertops. The outside of the property could be addressed as the weeds and overgrown grass really take away from the property as it’s the first thing you see. The same could be said with the water hoses laying on the ground and some weren’t in great condition. In the end we would recommend this property for families and would stay here again. Great beach vacation

The location is great. Walking distance to the beach. The house is very clean and nice. Master bedroom is amazing with a private deck connected that you can see the ocean from! Few steps away from boat rental which we did two times - it was our favorite. Saw some manatees in the boat dock. The garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and two wagons to carry everything. Nothing beats a sunset in the gulf! Highly recommend.

Bonita Springs

The house and pool were as described. Spacious and clean. House well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. The pool was lovely. Heated to a very comfortable temperature. Only negative was the neighbour who would Blair loud music at us in the early evening when the 4 children were playing in the pool. We were quiet by 9:00 pm but not early enough I guess. Mike the owner was great. He addressed one issue with the pool heater and fixed it immediately. He also spoke with the neighbour and the rest of the week was great. All in all a great spot. Location to the beach was truly a five minute walk. I would recommend this Bonita Beach getaway house. As I mentioned Mike the owner was very, very helpful and accommodating. Thanks Mike.

Very spacious home steps from beach.

The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and as described. Great for our family of 4. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, kitchen/cooking supplies. Pool area is lovely. There is a large dog that lives next door that barks constantly. We made almost zero noise while reading poolside and the dog continued to bark. The dog owner never quieted the dog that we could tell. The beach is across the street and the provided beach wagons, umbrellas and chairs are terrific. We found several restaurants within a few miles and wonderful shopping and restaurants in Naples, which is a short drive. Washer/dryer on site which is great. The tv’s in the main floor bedrooms were not user friendly and the shower curtains could use a good scrubbing. Overall, really nice home to relax in. Would recommend.

The location of this place was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. It provided all the beach amenities. A boat rental place was located down the street, which our family used. My family would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy short walk to the beach, especially appreciated the wagon and chairs provided. Lots of space, beds were comfortable. Would definitely return and Mike was available for all questions.

Great Stay in Bonita Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, very spacious for the 4 of us. Loved the 3 minute walk to the beach, close proximity to Naples, Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Mike was a great host and very responsive.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time just steps from Bonita Beach. We walked to Doc's, ate ice cream at Sweet Melissa's, the kids caught fish, swam in the pool and we enjoyed the beach and beautiful sunsets. The house was spotless and had everything we could possible need. Would definitely recommend it to others and hope to return in the future!

Fun in the sun

Our vacation was great. The house amenities were all as advertised. Lots of space for everyone, proximity to the beach is a big plus, indoor pool helped a lot especially when it was really hot outside. All questions for the property manager were answered promptly. Whole family really loved and enjoyed this place. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay In Beautiful Bonita!

Nothing but good things to say about this property! Location is an excellent balance between the canal access and the beach. Had fun using the chairs and umbrella for the beach. Had 4 teenagers with us and they had plenty to do both at the house and in Bonita. Made a day trip to the Everglades for an air boat tour and went shopping in Naples. Doc’s Restaurant was excellent! Recommend the Sand Dollar Sliders and the Blackened Fish Sandwich! Property owner was very responsive. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, grill, etc…) Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for our group

Great VRBO, perfect size and layout for our group of 7. Location was steps from the beach! Boat rental 3 min walk away. Property Manager was prompt and helped us with all our needs. Would stay at this location again.
