Situated on 3/4 of an acre in the Campground Beach area of North Eastham, this charming cottage area provides a perfect setting for your memorable vacation. The National Seashore beaches, including number one ranked Coast Guard Beach, the Audubon, and cape cod rail trail (bike path) are easily accessible. Other activities such as the famous Arnold's restaurant and mini golf, bike rentals, and walking trails are nearby. The property is newly renovated, with new kitchen with quartz countertops, bath and flooring. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet, grill, and an outdoor shower.

Beautiful Cape Escape

This house is the perfect getaway for a couple or family of four. The beach is just a short walk away. The home had everything we needed. The restaurant recommendations were on point. Our favorite was Winslows Tavern in Wellfleet. Thank you for everything.

Nice stay!

Very nice stay. The location was great and the house was comfortable and clean. Thank goodness for the AC and fans. It was a hot week. This location is adjoined to another rental but you wouldn’t know. We could not hear anything. Highly recommend.

Perfect 2 bedroom

Great location (only a 5 min walk to beach). House was great for a small family. You hardly even notice this is a duplex! We enjoyed the outdoor shower ever day.

Perfect location

Albeit cozy, this cottage was perfect for the four of us. I'm a big fan of an outdoor shower, while my family prefers to shower indoors, and both were great. Of course, you cannot beat the location, just a few blocks from Campground, and just far enough from Hole in One donuts that the walk or bike ride justifies the treat! Carl was an excellent host -- very responsive! I wouldn't hesitate to rent this cottage again.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic visit to the Cape! The property was clean and very well stocked with many extras. The location was close to the bayside beaches and the National seashore. Owners were very responsive and check-in and check-out were simple. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space!

Loved everything about this rental from the location (5 minute walk to bay side beach), the patio, well-stocked kitchen, great indoor and outdoor shower and AC! Easy drive to Orleans, Wellfleet and route 6. The yard and patio are great to relax. Highly recommend! Also you can’t hear the neighboring unit at all.

Short walk to Campground Beach

Close to everything. Easy bike to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We did not have any young kids. Access is on all paved roads, unlike some rentals.

Excellent cottage

This was an amazing experience. The cottage was a perfect size for me and my girlfriend. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you could need and want. The surrounding neighborhood was very quaint and quiet but the cottage was located near plenty of stores and shops. Overall an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Great Little Cabin for our Family

This was an excellent place to stay if you are looking for the quaint cabin experience. Close to the beach and multiple nice spots. Not too far from anything on the Cape, but far enough that you feel somewhat away from things. This was perfect for 4 of us and being able to grill and sit out on the patio was a big plus!

Amazing!

Staying here was fantastic. The owners are very nice and helpful. They respond very quickly. The place was just as described, there were no surprises. They have helpful notes placed around to help navigate. The kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances worked perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about the property or the owners

Cute house with great little yard.

Walk to Campground Beach, all the amenities were great. Back yard is very private and shady and cool on a hot day. House was dry and free of mold with new appliances etc.

Cozy cottage in a great location

Carl’s cottage was clean and well equipped for a weeklong stay. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the location was a quick drive to ocean beaches and lots of restaurants on route 6. I had a little apprehension about the fact that this is an attached cottage with a second unit but I couldn’t have been more pleased. Our unit felt very private and it was easy to forget there were other tenants next door. Overall, it was a terrific stay and I would definitely stay again!

Great place- love the location

Nice clean place with new bath and kitchen. Nice shady deck with comfortable table and chairs. We spent a lot of time out there. Walk to beach stairs, very friendly people, cute ice cream shop, priceless sunsets over the ocean a quick walk or drive. Low tide walking goes on forever. Highlight was outdoor shower.

awesome clean cottage in a perfect location

We had the best time staying at Carls. This was my second time staying at his property and I will probably stay there again in the future! We love campground beach and it is a very short walk there. The house itself is great, it was the perfect size for my husband, my 2 year old, and myself. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely return!

Getaway Cottage

The perfect long weekend getaway. This cozy and exceptionally clean cottage was convenient to all of my families favorite spots on the Cape. We loved the close proximity to a beautiful beach and being able to walk right over and enjoy the sunset.

Sweet House, Great Location

This sweet house was perfect for a “girls” week (we are all around 50 and there were 3 of us). Just the right size and loved the location. We would walk the bay at low tide and made daily trips to the water for sunsets, moonsets and to sit on the steps at high tide. It took about 3 minutes to reach the bay. The place was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this rental. The location is perfect- just a short walk to the beach and not far at all from route 6. The house itself is very charming with everything and then some that my guests and I needed for the week. I would definitely rent again in the future.

Great cottage by the bay

Immaculate cottage by the bay. A duplex , so perfect for up to 8 family members or friends who want to spend vacation together but need their own space. I recommend this property and will be a return visitor!

Great location

I gave 4 stars for accuracy of online listing only because there is only AC in the living room only whereas I need it in my bedroom. There are fans for the bedrooms and you can leave your door open and get some AC(but not much since the master bedroom is around the corner). I love the location and home very much. The mattresses hurt all three of our backs (I do not have back issues normally), but I love the location and house so much we will bring an air mattresses to put on top for our next visit. We want to come back!!!!

Perfect location

We have stayed at this house before it was renovated! The renovations were beautiful and well done. Do not hesitate to book this duplex! I could not hear a sound from the other side! A minute bike ride to the beach and is conveniently located in the heart of cape cod! We stayed in cottage b, if you have a boat this is the easiest driveway to get in and out of! The owners were kind and helpful without being overly involved! The other reviews are absolutely crazy. This place is amazing! We will absolutely stay here next year! Do your self a favor and get a shellfish permit and a fishing permit and eat your weight in oysters and fresh striped bass!
