Owners of a Beautifully Decorated Condo On the 19th Floor Invite You to Enjoy Our Home Away from Home!!

We Visited Panama City Beach Every March – Staying Each Time at Celadon. We Loved the Area and Celadon So Much We Purchased a Condo of Our Very Own! We live here now and open our home up for guests while we are off visiting our children. We would Love to Have You As Our Guest So That You Too Can Experience Everything This Quiet, West-end Location Has to Offer - Emerald Waters, Beautiful White Sand Beach, Spectacular Sunsets, Marine Life, Water Sports, Shopping, Dining and Entertainment.

Our Condo:
• is directly on the beach. We are on the West-end of Celadon, with a Huge, Private Wrap-Around Balcony. There aren't any other buildings to the west - so the Views of the Beach and Sunsets Are Amazing!
• has a Fresh, New Look and is Super Clean - new luxury waterproof flooring, remodeled mater bath, freshly painted, new furniture, granite counters, new appliances including an extra mini fridge!
• sleeps Eight Comfortably. There are King Beds in the Master and Second Bedrooms. Third Bedroom has a Queen Plus Bunk Beds.
• has Three Bathrooms. Walk-in shower in the Master Bath, Walk-in Shower in the Second and Shower/Tub in the Third.
• has New Luxury Waterproof Floors Through-out.
• offers High-speed Wireless Internet and Cable TV.

Celadon Offers Two Pools and Hot Tubs. Both Pools – One of Which is Beachfront - Are Partially Covered and Heated in the Off-season. In Addition, There is a Fitness Center With a Shower Facility, Tennis/Pickle Ball Court a Grilling/Picnic Area. There is a Covered Parking Ramp Across the Street With a Climate Controlled Walkway To/From the Condo Complex.

If You Enjoy Water Sports, You Have Plenty of Options! Just Steps from the Condo You May Rent a Jet Ski Or Paddle Board. You Could Also Go Parasailing Or Enjoy a Catamaran Or Banana Boat Ride.

There Are Plenty of Things to Do Off the Beach As Well! Nearby Attractions Include:
• Pier Park for Shopping, Dining and Entertainment.
• Gulf World Marine Park Where You Can Swim With the Dolphins Or Catch a Show.
• Shell Island Boat and Snorkeling Tours

Rental Rates Do Not Include the Celadon $45.00 per Vehicle Parking Fee. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Weekly Rental Runs Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is 4pm, Central.
Check-out 10am, Central.

Celadon is Smoke Free Property.

We had the BEST time and were extremely happy with everything. The place was clean and beautiful. The owners were extremely communicative and helpful. The view was amazing. The distance to restaurants was easy. The beach was just great: not too crowded. We are hoping to come down again sometime. We would HIGHLY recommend.

Condo was very nice and clean. The beach chairs, unbrellas and toys made it much easier for us since we didnt need to buy them. Condo owners were very nice and alos very good communicators. The information they sent before arrival was very helpful and made the week start smooth. I highly recommend this rental or any other rental this family owns.

We have been to numerous condos on the west end and east end of front beach and this condo by far is the quitest and not crowded at the beach during our stay. Definitely will look to be staying here again in the future.

The condo was beautiful and plenty of room for our family of 5. Beautiful ocean views! Far enough from all the noise, but close to Pier Park and plenty of the restaurants. The owners were very friendly and very communicative, which was wonderful!

Can’t say enough. Excellent rental in the perfect place. Just far enough away from the busy atmosphere of Panama City Beach but close enough to everything you want to do. 2nd year in a row staying and we’re already planning to come back next year!

This condo was great. The unit was clean, well equipped and had plenty of space for 7 of us. The communication with the owner was great and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The balcony was a big plus.

Awesome Family Vacation!

This condo suited us perfectly! Dan was great to work with! It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it is decorated so cute! I loved the swivel chairs in the living room so much, that I'm trying to find some to buy for my home. I am definitely keeping this condo on my list for future family vacations!

Beautiful Place

The condo is exactly as described. The wrap around corner view is amazing. The kids slept great in the kids room, it is quiet up front. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook throughout the week. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! The owners communicated and checked in leading up to the trip and while we were there.

Awesome Time

What a beautiful place!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Location, location, location. I loved being on the west end of the beach. It was very quiet and allowed us to just unwind. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Being so high allowed us to see a lot of marine life. The master bath is huge! The furniture was all well maintained. I really appreciated the check in during our stay. I really felt the property managers cared we had a pleasant stay!! Will definitely be back again.

Great weather, beach, water, location and property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths allowed us to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The balcony views are endless and beautiful while the condo indoors was spacious and very comfortable. Not sure why everyone would want to sit elbow to elbow on the beach out in front of the Celadon when you could walk 30 yards to the west for plenty of elbow room and private conversations. You also haved the ability to move the supplied chairs and umbrellas to exactly where you want to be. Which is what we did for 3 days. One of the major draws for us was that it is the last condo on the beach so the crowds were fewer and the views were better. Even though there is a coffee machine supplied, we like to find a quality brew from a local coffee shop. We failed. But it didn't take away from rest of the great mini-vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in PCB! It was difficult to find a condo big enough for our family, as we had 6 adults and 2 children going, but Dan and Ann’s place checked all of our boxes and we had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I was super impressed with the cleanliness when we arrived (and I’m a clean freak). Didn't find a single grain of sand on the floors! The balcony is heaven on Earth with an unobscured view of the breathtaking sunsets. Loved having the option to rent chairs/umbrella from beach attendants or setup your own beach tent! Also, both of the pools are partially shaded which is so nice when you come up from the beach. Very convenient location with a Publix and Walmart being just a few miles up the road, and an Alvin’s Island right across the road for all your souvenirs, but also wasn’t too overcrowded. Everything you could need as far as kitchen tools go if you are planning on preparing meals, with fancy updated appliances. Also, it was nice being able to wash towels and clothes throughout the week in the new washer and dryer. Cute little mini bar to keep your adult beverages and have extra storage! I could go on and on, really. You won’t regret booking here. I hope we will be able to return in the future! Thanks, Dan and Ann!

Beautiful condo

Absolutely beautiful condo! The overall condo itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a 19th floor end unit with beautiful views. Our longest elevator wait was 5 mins. Location is great if you're looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of PCB but still close enough that you're only a few minutes(depending on traffic) from everything you need. Pier Park is only a couple miles down the road. Beach set up is not included but the owner supplies chairs which was a bonus. Even had floats and toys available, although we brought our own. Communication with the owner was great. He was quick to respond and take care of any needs we had. The following comments are directed towards the resort itself. The common areas were clean(elevators, pool deck and such) but we did see several palmetto bugs(also known as Florida woods cockroach). We seen two in the unit but I feel strongly they came in from the hallway and balcony. I never felt dirty or worried about bugs while in the unit. The pools never seemed to be cleaned. Especially the beachside pool. We have stayed at Tidewater and Grand Panama in PCB and their pools were always clean so I can't find a reason as to why they stayed cloudy/dirty at Celedon. The hottub at the beach side pool didn't work and apparently has been down for a while. That was disappointing. With all that said we had a great time and would consider staying again in the future.

This property by far has been the best I’ve stayed at in PCB.

Best I’ve stayed in over the past 10 years! Would recommend to anyone that wants to vacation in PCB! Better than a 5 star in my opinion! Owners were so very helpful!

Great Gulf Views!

We enjoyed beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and windows of this great corner condo! This light-filled property has very nice updates, and it is clean and comfortable. The beachfront resort is close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Daniel and Ann provided great communication throughout—highly recommend!

It was our 50th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay so much. Was everything just as it said. Had an issue with the door but Dan sent someone right away. Loved loved loved the nineteenth floor. Could see for miles. Sunsets were amazing! Equipped with everything we needed. Felt just like home!

Hello! We are Dan and Ann, from northern Minnesota. We absolutely loved living in Minnesota - and taking advantage of each and every season. We love to snowmobile and ice fish in freezing temps as much as pontooning, fishing and swimming when the weather is warmer. Now that we moved to Florida, we fulfilled our dream of living most of the year at the beach. We invite you to be our guest when we are back in Minnesota - so that you too can enjoy this property and the beach as much as we do!

Ann's parents retired and chose to winter in Panama City Beach, at Celadon. Every March we joined them. We loved the area and Celadon so much we decided to purchase a unit of our own! Celadon is located on the quiet, west end of the beach - and is very family-oriented. There is less traffic, congestion and noise yet located so close to numerous shopping (Pier Park is minutes away), dining and entertainment options. The amenities here are fabulous as well - with two pools, two hot tubs, a tennis/pickleball court and a picnic area with charcoal grills. And lastly, the property is superbly maintained. We looked at numerous other condos and couldn't find anything that compared to what we have here at Celadon.

Dan custom built additional cabinets in the kitchen for extra storage. He also constructed a corner cabinet with granite counters - extra space including a mini fridge! We take great pride in our home at Celadon and absolutely enjoy every minute we are there. We invite you to make this your home for a while and are convinced you will enjoy every minute as well!
