• Check-in: 4 pm | Check-out: 10 am (Central Time)
• Taxes: State, County, and City taxes not included in rates.
• Registration: All guests must register online with Gulfcrest Condominium Association prior to arrival and pay a $53 registration fee (includes parking for 2 vehicles).
• Payment: Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Linens Provided: Bath towels and bed linens included; please bring your own beach towels.
• Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
