Spectacular location! But forget parking! The house was perfect because it had plenty of room two full bathrooms and amazing ACs! Fully equipped. Pretty clean although the bathrooms needed a good scrub and maybe a bit of maintenance. The annoying thing were the shower heads could not be placed on the wall. No hook or anything. There was plenty of light! However the shutters don’t exist on the bottom floor and the curtains do not keep out the light (there were no blinds) which was somewhat annoying. Amazing soundproofing though. The host was VERY helpful and very very nice. Special thanks to Vangelis for looking after us. Very generous for letting us check out late but we were lucky nobody was renting on the last day. We had only one key which was also annoying so we had to do everything together and the key fob was connected to electricity so when we left everything turned off except for the fridge. Otherwise fantastic place especially for a group of people. Totally worth the price mainly for the view and location. I don’t remember having any issues. We had an amazing time!

Wonderful Stay

My friends and I had the best time at this property! It was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal. The host was very helpful as well with recommendations and transport.

The unit was so close to everything in Naussa. They were super communicative and offered great recommendations. I would stay here again.

Excellent location and spacious enough

Vagelis met us to check us in and was very curteous; he gave us great recommendations. This is a great place to book, especially if you will be indulging in Naoussa nightlife. The main floor and balcony are great and the upstairs bedroom is beautiful. Downstairs is ok but great for more small beds. Overall a good value.

Great place for 20 somethings, who maybe do not care so much about attention to detail. For the price, this falls short. When we booked the price went up and when we inquired about it, was told it was the Greek tax. I prefer to have the all in number when searching for a place. Thedi the owner gave us quite a bit of information on Paros which was nice & he communicated that our host would be Vangelis. Thedi gave us a good local place to rent a mini van for the 6 of us. Just know before you book that when they say no toiletries, they mean it. No dish soap, no garbage bags to refill the garbage that holds the toilet paper that you have to put in the garbage because you can not flush the tp down the toilet. No paper towels. Only 2 rolls of TP for 6 people x 4 days (the host thought this should be enough). This is difficult when arriving from out of the country because we immediately had to find a market and our host could not even remember the name of the 2 closest markets. There were several lights that were out, but the host did replace one in the basement hallway due to safety (which I mentioned). The 4 mattresses in the basement are awful. We had no hot water for 8 hours while we waited for our host to respond (it was late eve), and Thedi never did respond. We had to flip the breakers as instructed when the host finally responded. The shower head is hand held. Pluses are great Location for walking to Naousa. It was bug free and clean. Too expensive for the minuses

Beautiful and Delicious

Sitting above a mountain overlooking nature while enjoying delicious cappuccinos and a homemade breakfast was heavenly! The attendants on the premises were very kind and eager to please. I highly recommend.

Loved Paros

Overall place was great. It was clean and comfortable. Communication was good and we were met at check in to Guide us to the location which was great since it is a little hard to find. The listing says washer in it but there is no clothes washer. We were provided a laundry service and they did a great job cleaning our clothes quickly. Location is great and very central to a lot of things and walking to shopping and restaurants. Thank you!

Great location, comfortable for our short stay

We stayed at this great little townhome in Naoussa as part of our last few days touring the Greek islands. The home was exactly as described, and our family of four adults were very comfortable. Ideal location; walkable to the port restaurants and shops. We rented a car for our stay on Paros, and Vangelis met us at a cafe so we could follow him to the home, as the streets can be confusing. He was an excellent host and showed us the home's functions, and gave us some ideas about how to spend our time on Paros, restaurants to try, etc. We did have an unfortunate plumbing problem the last night and he was extremely helpful and came with a maintenance person to address the issue. Check-in and check-out was seamless, personal, and easy. Great features included large refrigerator and kitchen amenities, outside balconies to enjoy the gorgeous Cyclades weather, and even a clothesline to hang out damp bathing suits. There is parking nearby.

Easy online booking. Booked this Vrbo for location and desire to have three friends traveling to have their own sleeping quarters. Vagelis the property manager was in communication and met us precisely when agreed upon. Gave us the keys, showed us the rooms and left. No recommendations, advise or other. Pros; location. Walkable, easy car parking steps from house. Cons: cleanliness and responsiveness during stay. Property had no soap, shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms - a standard necessity for any stay! Lower bathroom had broken shower rod and moldly curtain that looked about 10 years old. Shower heads in both bathrooms were disgusting. There are places you shower with flip flops on and this is one of them! Kitchen had no soap or hand towels and silverware and glasses were dirty. No paper towels. All bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and hard. Price was good but would have expected a clean property. I communicated with the manager on text 2x and got one response to find soap below staircase but there was none. No response for other message. I would suggest the property owner upkeep the property to basic standards. Being that I am Greek heritage and live in the USA, I want to showcase my homeland in its best way. Some basic improvements are needed.

It’s about the location - not the details

Pros -This rental is all about the location - which is amazing as its right in the middle of Naoussa.Perfect for exploring the village and nightlife without having to pay for expensive ride sharing. Exploring the nearby villages is easy as there’s a car/scooter rental down the street. Cons - you get the feeling they turn this place over a lot so the attention to detail isn’t there.Upstairs Bathroom curtain rod was broken and the curtain was falling down as it was missing hooks. There were used bottles of shampoo and a used soap bar left in the shower. We were 6 and there were four roles of toilet paper. I brought all this up to the property manager ( took him Until the following morning to return my text) and he apologized for the curtain but didn’t repair it and told me that was the standard amount of tp and we would have to buy more if we needed it. No extra small garbage bags for bathrooms ( just one for five days)- and you need them as no toilet paper can be flushed in toilets. The downstairs toilet wasn’t working and we texted property manager and he did send a plumber right away.NOTE: THERE IS NO LAUNDRY/ NO WASHER - they need to remove that from their ad. He was like “whatever” when we mentioned it to him. But that’s part of the reason we chose the property.Bottom Line : you’re paying for the location, not the attention to detail or concern.

Bien situé mais calme

Ce logement est bien situé , proche du petit port et de ses belles ruelles. Toutefois il y a des améliorations dans le logement. ( Pas de bol pour le petit déjeuner, 3 couteaux seulement, pas de poubelle, pas de machine à laver, ...). Il faut juste améliorer ces petites choses.
