VILLA LAYOUT: Three levels with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
LOWER LEVEL:One bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a storage room.
GROUND LEVEL: A stylish living room with a cozy fireplace, a kitchen and a second bedroom with a double bed, plus the second bathroom.
UPPER LEVEL: The third bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony offering scenic views.
OUTDOOR FEATURES: A generous pool terrace with two pergolas, one with a large dining table and the other featuring an open-air kitchen with an electric BBQ, a second dining table, a built-in sofa and a built-in bed for relaxing.
A private 50 sq. m. pool with 6 sunbeds for lounging and soaking up the sun.

The most incredible holiday at AB Villa! The house was perfection and extremely well equipped with everything you would need to make yourself at home. Location was lovely with a view of the beach in the distance and the pool area was impressive with a large outdoor table and electric bbq. AC worked really well and fast for those warmer days in July. The house manager Vicky went above and beyond to send us links to beaches, restaurants, even stores as one of us didn’t receive our suitcase until a day later! The photos don’t do the home justice- it’s truly a slice of heaven! Can’t wait to go back

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison, fonctionnelle et bien située avec accès facile sans le désagrément d’être sur la route principale. Piscine très agréable pour échapper aux chaleurs de la journée. Et coins repas parfaits pour des moments conviviaux.

Great location

New modern villa in a great location just outside Naoussa Amazing outside space and great sized pool. Management company absolutely superb with brilliant communication. It was disappointing to not have a dishwasher in a house of this cost/size. Bathrooms also a little disappointing but photos are accurate Overall a really enjoyable stay but a dishwasher and better bathrooms would make it 5*

Spectacular Property

My family and I had the most amazing time at this villa. We were a group of 6 and the villa had ample room for all of us. Very clean and the cleaners came twice while we were there over 10 days. The pool area was spectacular! The pool was cleaned regularly keeping the water crystal clear and so inviting. The outdoor space was huge and we had such a great time sitting out enjoying the pool and the evenings. The location is so amazing. Awesome bakery within walking distance. Naoussa just 10 minutes by car. Nothing is far and we got anywhere in 10-30 minutes. The villa was very quiet, particularly at night and cool with the air conditioning so we slept very well. I can't say enough about the property managers. Very attentitive, easy to communicate with, anything we needed they responded immediately. The best ever that I have had from property managers. To sum up, everything was just perfect! We loved loved the villa, the views, the pool, the location, the property managers, everything! Hope to come back soon. Thank you so much for a truly amazing holiday with the family

Great Stay at Paris

Very nice and clean house, well equipped kitchen, great outdoor area with more than enough seating and lounging options. Close to Naoussa and Parikia. Located on the old road from Parikia to Naoussa, not a lot of traffic but not entirely quiet either. Most of the house is facing away from the road, so when sitting outside, the road noise is not a big issue. The third bedroom (2 twin beds) is in the basement and has only one small window, was no problem for our group but might be of concern to some. The master bedroom on the top floor shares a bathroom with the bedroom on the first floor and you need to descend some stairs to reach it. Again was of no concern to us, but might be a problem for some. The kitchen could benefit from some additional kitchen towels and there were no brooms or vacuum cleaner available. The house was cleaned once during our one week stay, which was great and sufficient for us, but to have a broom available for a quick clean of the floors in-between would be handy.

Paradise in Naoussa

Beautiful little house with an amazing swimming pool and stunning view. The manager made everything for our stay to be perfect and it was! Very clean, everything was so organized and easy.. we had a fabtactic time and would definitely want to come back next year!

Lovely comfortable villa.

Villa is in a peaceful spot, surrounded by a lovely garden with fig, olive, lemon and pomegranate trees. We had figs for breakfast most days. The kitchen is very well equipped ( tho no dishwasher/ microwave which didn’t bother us). The pool area is great, bedrooms are comfy and very quiet. House manager Vicky is very helpful and we loved her restaurant recommendations for Orbis (nearby) and Glafkos Taverna in Naousa. There’s a bakery 5 mins walk away which is open long hours and good for basics. The supermarkets are a short drive away. We loved our two week stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

Building site ongoing next door- July 2023

Property was fine, spacious and well decorated. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the outside pool, bbq and loungers in the day because there was a building site right next door to the property, with lorries and diggers plus upto 12 workmen producing a lot of noise and dust during the day. We had to keep all doors and windows/shutters closed in the day to dampen the noise down as well. The property owner did suggest an alternative property, but complexities of the requirement for additional funds meant this wasn’t a possibility.

Lovely house, outdoor living and view

We loved the house and pool. The pool was meticuously cared for and so inviting. The outdoor area is very well designed. Also loved all the floor surfaces in the house. It was lovely to walk around in. The master bedroom is exceptional and has the most beautiful view. Great location, a few minutes drive to Naoussa. Can't wait to go back.

One of the best Greek villas we have stayed in,since we have been coming to the country in 28 years

The Villa is in the best area of the Island in Paros. Standing alone - it commands wonderful views of the mountain range and coast. Very well appointed - clean, spacious bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The outside areas are thoughtfully furnished and well laid out, so lunches and dinners on the terrace were magnificent events. We did yoga on the roof at dawn and then swam in the pool... I would recommend it as a great way to welcome the new day! Oh - and there ia a bakery 200m from the house - opens at 6 o'clock - so you get your fresh bread first thing as well! Enjoy. ;)

Dazzling, stylish, great views- perfect for life around the pool.

This wonderful property is totally geared for living outside with a superb, good sized pool, plenty of shade and two dining areas. Really nicely equipped with the Master bedroom outstanding. Simple but extremely tasteful decor. The living area is compact but you’ll want to spend every moment outside. In the evening, with the subtle lighting, the array of candles provided and the view across to the sea there’s a real film star feel. A car is a must but the centre is just a five minute drive. Overall - an absolute belter!

Superb !!

The attention to detail in this Villa was absolutely wonderful, from the crisp white sheets to the plastic outdoor glasses, which were beautiful as well as functional. The dishes, trays etc, was all so thoughtful, we couldn’t think of anything that we wanted, that wasn’t there! loved the peacefulness of the area, we had cows and chickens waking us up, went for lovely walks and the bakery, which is within walking distance, has the most wonderful fresh bread daily. All in all a wonderful experience and the house manager, Maritza was a jewel. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Great!

Family and friends stayed for a week and it was spectacular! Great house close to naoussa and a local bakery. Marie gave us fantastic Dinning recommendations and one was better than the next. The home is comfortable, clean and had an outdoor area and pool that made relaxing so easy. We highly recommend vacationing in Páros and staying at AB Villa, you will not want to leave!

Perfect Holiday House !

The house is well located, just few mins by car from Naoussa, and 2mn from a lovely bakery. Everything in the description and the pictures is genuine, the view is even more beautiful in real. The house is easy to live, quiet, clean and the pool is perfect. Thank you Maria for being so kind and thoughtful for the booking and giving us tips for Paros Island, as well Kostas was very nice at our arrival. We can only recommend this house and will come back for sure ! LP

Bellissima

Dal 17 al 26 agosto col la mia famiglia ed una famiglia di amici, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza nell'isola di Paros alloggiando in questa bellissima villa. La realtà è stata superiore alle aspettative. La villa è, come già detto, bellissima, comoda, dotata di tutti i confort necessari a trascorrere una splendida vacanza. Anche la posizione è perfetta per chi è alla ricerca di tranquillità ma vicino al centro di Noussa.
