Freshly renovated Treasure Island Condo in 2025! Close to everything!

Post Hurricane Helene Update: Newly renovated 1/1 Condo is sure to please.

This is a place to relax. We are located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so you can watch the dolphins and pelicans play at sunset. The beach is three blocks away. The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running.

Our beautiful ground floor condo is located in a quiet and intimate condo building. We are proud to call it our second home. We have stocked our condo with all of the amenities you'll need on your vacation. The grocery store on the island is just down the street. The park located across the street hosts a Friday morning farmers market.

If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just leave your car in the designated parking spot and walk to EVERYTHING!

All you need for the perfect vacation.

Great location

This is our second year staying here and we plan on coming back. All remodeled since the hurricane - looks great! Walk to dinner , the beach, shopping and the grocery store. So convenient. The owners are great with amazing communication.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the little condo here, and it was beautiful. We walked to places to eat, to the beach, and barely had to drive accept to the store and places like John’s Pass and Boardwalk. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and just nights to sit outside and look at the stars. Area was clean, and even had an extra little pool to enjoy if you wanted. Very comfy living and stay conditions for the fun filled vacation my boyfriend and I planned for!

The condo was clean and offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Great location and an easy walk to the beach. The owners were very attentive and it was a seamless check-in. The pictures represent the condo and we would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful place just as described

Wonderful place just as described. Room was clean stocked with everything you could possibly need from laundry detergent to dish soaps and everything else in between communication with the owner was easy and efficient I would recommend this place highly. Eric is a wonderful host we will be going back.

Treasure Island

This was really an excellent stay. The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. It was close to tiki bars, supermarket, drug stores, restaurants. You could easily walk and it was within a couple blocks of the beach. Very nice area and we bonded with some of the other snowbirds.

Wonderful property

This is a great condo. Very clean and well stocked. The location is close to many restaurants and bars and is about a 35 minute walk to John’s Pass. The beach is beautiful and great for walking. The host is very nice to deal with.

Great place!

Property was nice and quiet but yet close to everything. Walking distance to grocery, beach, and restaurants. Loved seeing dolphins right out back on the waterway. Owners were great and always responded quickly to my messages. Highly recommended!! We will be back for sure!!

Awesome!

Perfect location on the intercoastal waterway and within walking distance to the gulf beaches, grocery store, bars and restaurants. The condo is immaculate and has great amenities that were very much appreciated such as fabulous mattress and bedding, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor swimming pool and gas grill. Would highly recommend staying here.

Condo was very clean comfortable and Quiet ......Beautiful Sunrises over the Dock and with a short walk amazing Sunsets on the Beach! Walking distance to all the Restaurants and Bars! Very Comfortable King Bed. I'll be back very soon!

Location right on inter coastal waterway. Great hosts! Code access was easy & handy-no key needed, designated parking, view & access to pool great, inside was in perfect like new condition, kitchen & bathroom very well stocked, open concept, king bed w/high end memory foam mattress was excellent and very quiet for sleeping every night we stayed. Inside and out spotless, Reasonable price for a beautiful area on the island. You won’t find a better, more well equipped place for such a reasonable price!

This is one of the best located VRBOs I’ve stayed in. Fabulous; right on inter-coastal with a dock. There are chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The beach is 5 minutes away and a grocery store, bars and restaurants are all very convenient as well. I walked everywhere! The condo is very nice and every detail thought of. Each time I needed something, it was there! I can’t say enough good things about this place and definitely planning to return.

We were very comfortable in the condo. It had everything we could possibly have needed.

After our initial disappointment with the fact that this unit did not have a water view, we were very happy and comfortable in the condo! The kitchen was extremely well stocked! And the best part of all....there were many great restaurants within walking distance and even more less than 5-10 minutes away by car! There was a minor problem with the dishwasher. Erik responded immediately to our call and lined up a service man to come out. Overall, VERY HAPPY!! Hope to be back next year! Joanne and Robert

Nice Little Place

My husband and I spent two weeks here. The updated condo was clean and well stocked for cooking. Outside the door to the right is the water with adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. The condo is in walking distance to Publix and a variety of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is a great convenience. I called the owner with a question and Erik was easy to contact and very helpful. The television is a smart TV so if you have Netflix etc. you can log into your account. The only improvement we see would be to add a few more television stations.

Location-Location-Location

Walk to restaurants, grocery store, nail salon, beverage store and of course the Beach from this condo in an 11 unit building. The pool (which I often had to myself) is literally outside your front door. A few steps more and you are on the inter-coastal waterway dock where you might see a dolphin swim by or an interesting bird fly in for a visit! Inside the condo you will find everything you need in the kitchen. Also ample towels are provided. The furniture is extremely comfortable with a sofa, chair and ottoman in the living room. The memory foam bed was also very comfortable. This is a great unit for single person or couple. Eric was very responsive to every email and request. It would be hard to find a better landlord! We really enjoyed our visit here!

The location of Boca Ciega Shores is hard to beat. The condo is situated on the inter-coastal which is quieter than the Gulf side high-rises, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also close to the trolley stop which will take you to a multitude of great beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay!

There are few locations on the island that offer all these advantages and conveniences. All this in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood.
