NOW RENTING 2026 - Steps to Beach & Amazing Sunsets!

Cozy 2nd story walk-up condo sleeps 4 (Queen size convertible sofa in the living room and a King size bed in the bedroom) Updated flooring thru entire unit; newer windows; updated bathroom; updated kitchen with all new appliances; new bedroom furniture; electric fireplace and many new amenities!!! All this AND it's just steps from the incredible Sunset Beach on Florida's beautiful Gulf coast. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and our sugar sand beaches and sunsets cannot be beat!

Please Note: Due to hurricanes Helene and Milton, we've had to remove our damaged pool. There are currently no plans for replacement.

Additionally, you may experience construction work on the first floor and parking may be impacted.

This place was amazing!

It was so easy to check in and out. The location was absolutely perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable. Just being there made me feel like I was at home.

Wonderful location

I loved my stay and even made arrangements to add a day, we enjoyed it so much. The location is excellent for a beach stay. The owner communicated well and was easy to work with for our visit. We would book this room again!

Quiet getaway

Enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. Beaches were in short walking distance and pristine. Overall a great stay.

Nice beach weekend

Really enjoyed our long weekend here. Steps away from the beach and equipped for us to eat some meals in while also heading out to enjoy local. We would like to come back.

Great location

This was a great place for our long weekend. The beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy on our trips to the beach and made it enjoyable. Leslie was very attentive and available if needed and I would stay here again.

GREAT STAY

Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Great location! Quite complex but close to live music and tiki bar. Unit looks just like pictures. Owner communication was on point.

Absolutely beautiful!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed and Leslie was more than accommodating. The condo & location was perfect! It was just my 8yr old daughter and I and she cannot wait to go again. She mentioned many times that she wishes it was our house. It was absolutely beautiful and I cannot thank Leslie enough for our stay!

Fabulous stay in Treasure Island!

We had such a great time & the location is perfect! Just a few steps from the beach. We used the chairs & umbrella provided for the beach & enjoyed coffee in front of the condo every morning. Leslie & Reed are very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this condo & can’t wait to visit again! 😊

Nice place with a great location

Place was clean, nothing fancy but perfect for a long weekend getaway. It had all the basics. We had two minor issues which owner responded to quickly. The location is fantastic. Beach is pretty quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a Publix very close for any groceries you need.

Great place to stay!

My family had an amazing trip. The condo was clean and cute. Nice updated pull out couch and bedroom furniture. Everything was clean and just as expected. The owner was very very friendly and helpful. Everything was literally a breeze. Hope to be back next year, if not sooner!

Quiet beach getaway

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and chill on the beach… look no farther. The complex is right across the street from the beach. Easy to walk to. Leslie was amazing. Super easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed our relaxing time at the beach and will return :)

I’d stay here again

This condo is a great location with a great host. We would definitely come stay again. If you are looking for super fancy this is not it. This is a quiet locals kind of place. We basically were there to sleep in a clean bed and were too busy enjoying the beautiful beach! The building across the street has picnic tables for beachside dinner and drinks, a pool, and it’s so easy getting around. It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway.

Cute space steps away from waves!

This spot was nice for my small family. Pool was right across the street and right outside of the pool was the beach!!! Wish the pool had public pool chairs but the place came with a few folding chairs in the bedroom closet!! Minutes away from grocery stores and anything you need.

Glorious sunsets!

Adorable 1BR 1bath 2nd floor unit with front walk where you can see the ocean and beach. Leslie is an excellent host. Unit fully furnished, lots of older kitchen stuff, but functional. A couple bars within walking distance. Seadog Brewery. Exceptional beer, drinks and food. Would return 😀

Wonderful stay, perfect location

My husband, myself and our toddler stayed in this condo in March. We intentionally went when the weather was cooler for my 1-year old as we were not sure how she'd tolerate the beach. The beach and surrounding areas were very quiet, mostly families and seniors. I'm not sure if that was because we went when it was cooler or if that is typical. The condo was perfect for us. It had a ton of storage for the relatively small space. They had beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels and a beach umbrella, which was nice. The area was nice. The crosswalk to the beach was close by so the beach was about a 2-minute walk. It was really a great vacation and the perfect place to stay for the 3 of us.

Clean, comfy, and close to the beach!

This prop was perfect for two persons! It isn’t new or fancy, but it was clean, everything we used was in working order, parking was super easy, and the beach (while across a small street) was right there with great access! Honestly, before arriving I was concerned about the distance or access to the beach, but I’ve walked farther to get to the sand and the water in properties directly on the beach than we did here. You can only see a little slice of water from the condo itself, but there are picnic tables right by the sand that are very convenient. We only rarely saw any neighbors, but the ones we did see were friendly. This unit is upstairs, just something to be aware of. Overall it was an affordable, quiet place to stay that was clean and with great beach access.

Sunsets

Property needs to be updated. Counter top and walls need attention. Corner of cabinet is dangerous for a tall man. My husband banged his head a few times. Shower head needs to be replaced. Television in bedroom only gets one channel we tried several different ways but could only get one channel. Very nice location just needs tlc.

The property was as advertised, but...

My grandson and I enjoyed these accommodations except for the noise. The first two nights we were awakened by our neighbors at 1am & 3am - not a pleasant experience. A couple other nights, they were talking loudly outside our door until after 11pm - too late for my grandson to still be awake. I've learned to look for places to stay that have quiet hours. Aside from the noise, this place offered a clean place to stay and we had everything we needed (could have used a couple more wash clothes). We enjoyed the view of the water from our front door. Our hosts were great to work with and, in spite of the middle-of-the-night interruptions, we had a good time.

Spring Break 2023

I was disappointed upon checking into this property. I believe I got what I paid for as far as size and location and comfort. It was cheap compared to the rest of the area. However, it was not clean. There was mold around the handles and in the corners of the tub. The floors and walls and doors were filthy. Nothing had been dusted. The couch was dirty and the sofa bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. The towels and sheets had stains on them. I'm a mom and came with just my 16 year old daughter and her friend. We were greeted with snow birds who stared at the girls every day in the parking lot. Neighbors who smoked and were loud. To me, I regret not spending more on something more suitable for us, and definitely cleaner. Leslie was very nice but seems not to know much about her property status.
