A truly amazing location boasting exclusivity right in the heart of the Cote d’Azur and only 1h20 mins from the main airport at Nice.
The Penthouse appt 402 is a stunning, sophisticated and contemporary apartment in Grimaud village. The apartment is the perfect choice for the discerning few who want to experience and live the lifestyle the cote d’azur is famous for.
The duplex penthouse boasts a floor plan of 120 sq metres (1200 square feet) giving ample space to truly enjoy and relax, with stunning views and air conditioning through out.
There is lift access directly from the garage area or the entrance hall.
There is an underground private garage for a small car. Parking directly outside the apartment is limited however there are further spaces available within a short walk.
The lounge / dining open plan area is 40 sq meters (400 square feet) with 5 metre high ceilings opening up onto a further 25 sq meters (250 square feet) balcony terrace giving you the perfect spot to sit and relax. You can enjoy your evening meal looking across the vineyards and valley with views all the way to the beautiful village of Gassin on the hill.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with terrace’s. One is en-suite bathroom, the other having a shower room across the hall.
There is a double bedroom on the mezzanine level with a brand new bathroom en-suite which has ambient lighting offering the ultimate relaxing experience.
There is also a guest toilet and sink with large mirror.
All bedroom linens, bathroom towels and separate towels for the pool area are included.
There is a fully equipped brand new kitchen with everything you will need to entertain and cater for your family and friends including a dishwasher, coffee machines, microwave and a plethora of utensils and equipment.
The lounge is equipped with a 65” flat screen TV with French and international television channels and a Bose sound bar with bluetooth connectivity.
Fibre wifi is included and available throughout the apartment.
The apartment is situated just below Grimaud’s old castle that has guarded the village for hundreds of years. You are within a few minutes’ walk to the heart of the village where you will find several restaurants, a butchers, boulangerie, patisserie and wine bar.
A five-minute drive will take you to the stunning Port Grimaud, sometimes referred to as France’s Venice. With plenty of parking Port Grimaud will entice you with a plethora of restaurants, beaches, local shops and bars. You can even enjoy your meal while the locals play boule in the square in front of you!
A 15 min drive will find you in the famous St Tropez Harbor mingling with the rich and famous! Through the beautiful cobbled streets, you will find exclusive boutiques including Louis Vuitton and Gucci, world famous restaurants and beautiful café’s. Perfect to watch the world go by or see the multi million pound yachts moored in the harbor. Adjacent to St.Tropez harbor and within easy walking distance are the stunning white beaches of St Tropez and Pampelone where you can find the infamous Niki Beach, Stefano’s and the celebrity hang out Club 55.

Our stay was great and excellent! We really enjoyed Grimaud and St Tropez! The appartment was clean, a lot of space for the children, all the cooking stuff you need! Its was a good choice to spend our holiday. We really enjoyed our time there!

Yearly Vacation

I travel to South of France every year with friends and been to different properties but I would say Katy’s place is my favorite and would consider using it every year now … it’s a touch down for all my checklist , location location location The communication is clear and fast .. cleanliness is topNotch . Had a great time with my girlfriends .Highly recommended ! Thank you for making this trip great .

just perfect

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It is very modern and lovingly furnished. Everything is very clean. The equipment is perfect, nothing is missing. Katy is a great host who looked after us wonderfully when our arrival was delayed until late at night. We can only recommend it and would love to come back.

Perfect Spot in Grimaud

I would like thank Katy, her apartment was perfect and it was all I expected. It’s spacious and you will find everything you are looking for. You are 10mn from saint tropez so the location is perfect. Erwann took care of us at our arrival in Grimaud and it was also perfect. I’ll probably be back next summer who knows ! J

be really careful!!!

Parking garage only fits small Citroen so we couldn’t use the garage and Street parking was really tough and lugging everything back to the apt not ideal. TV barely worked cuz of internet. Be really careful to use or touch anything in the apt because they will charge you afterwards for things you have or might not have used during your stay. I don’t think they should not rent out their place.

Thank you for you review. What a shame you feel so sad after your stay. Your email to me following your stay said you were incredibly happy with the apartment and had a wonderful holiday. I appreciate you’re very bitter because you damaged the kitchen splashback so we requested 100€ as I had to be replaced. Of course this is incredibly reduced as we felt we wanted to be fair but the damage you caused was extensive. This is actually the first time we’ve ever had to ask for something to be paid for. We have never hidden the fact that the garage parking is for a small car ie. Fiat 500. There is limited parking outside, again, something we have never hidden. I have spend extensive time on our digital guestbook with maps and descriptions with ideal places to park only a few minutes walk away. Which actually you complimented and thanked me for prior to your stay as I always send this to our guests before they arrive to ensure they have complete knowledge of the apartment, the facilities and all the surrounding area. It is in this digital guest book that you will find the code for the internet. (Something else that I explained to you prior to your arrival) The internet is fibre and currently runs 5G on your phone and the orange television has over 200 channels. If you were unable to work the television or internet, I wish you would have contacted either me or the guardian, you had both our telephone numbers. We would have been more than happy to explain how to use them both. I’m sure that your holiday would have been made more comfortable had you have not started a fight with one of our neighbours on your first day but then we each have our own ways. Die Wohnung gestaltet sich sehr weitläufig und ist ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel, vor allem sind die Klimageräte in allen Zimmern eine Erleichterung. Für eine Familie mit fünf Personen war die Wohnung sehr gut dimensioniert. Drei Punkte sind zu kritisieren: Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenden Hauptstraße, geräuschempfindliche Personen sollten dies berücksichtigen. Der Pool ist eher unattraktiv und die Garage ist leider wirklich nur für Kleinst-PKW nutzbar.

Ik ben zo blij dat je een heerlijke vakantie hebt gehad en genoten hebt van ons prachtige appartement. Het is zo belangrijk voor ons dat al onze gasten een heerlijk verblijf hebben. Ik waardeer uw feedback. Het spijt me dat je het gevoel had dat de weg je stoorde. Grimaud is een prachtig heuveldorp met weer één weg in en uit. Het zwembad, hoewel niet groot, is aangelegd met palmbomen, struiken en bloemen. Er zijn ligstoelen voor gebruik en we bieden zwembadhanddoeken. Het spijt me dat je dit niet aantrekkelijk vond. De garage is alleen voor een kleine auto, maar we zijn hier heel open over. Grimaud is een exclusief dorp en parkeren is een premie. We hebben veel geluk dat we onze eigen beveiligde, ondergrondse parkeergarage hebben. Afgezien van deze punten, was ik zo blij om te horen dat je onze voogd Erwann vertelde dat je graag terugkomt om weer bij ons te blijven. We kijken er erg naar uit om u in de niet al te verre toekomst weer te verwelkomen. Hartelijk dank en vriendelijke groeten, Katy

Prachtige Penthous in Grimaud

Deze prachtige Penthouse heeft werkelijk alles. Mooi, gezellig, proper, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, ook garage. Prima ligging nabij dorpskern Grimaud. Heel goed onthaal en goede informatie ontvangen. Dit is een aanrader voor een aangenaam verblijf.

Für 6 Erwachsene etwas ungeeignet

Für kurze Trips ist die Unterkunft geeignet jedoch weniger für mehrere Tage, da ein Zimmer sehr klein ist und keine Möglichkeit bietet die Koffer abzustellen und das Dachgeschosszimmer ist offen hin zum Wohnbereich und ebenfalls die Dusche und Toilette. Durch die Dachschräge ist es schwierig bei normaler Größe sich zu richten bzw. Zu duschen.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you felt the rooms were too small for your liking. At 120sq metres we have always felt the apartment was generously sized. Each room has a double bed allowing the guest plenty of restful space. I’m sorry you didn’t think to put your suitcases under the bed which would have allowed you more space. There is of course the secure garage if you had lots of suitcases. The mezzanine room is upstairs from the lounge but the wall is closed offering no view into the room. I appreciate the is a sloping roof in the third bathroom. The third bathroom has been specifically designed so every inch of space is useable. This is the first time we’ve been told it’s difficult to use. I can only assume someone in your party was incredibly tall? Again, I’m sorry it wasn’t a perfect fit for your requirements. We have always enjoyed long stays and spent much of our time out enjoying the local area. Have a wonderful rest of your summer.

heerlijke vakantie in grimaud!

het appartement is prima! van alle gemakken voorzien! een heerlijke luxe bbq, overal airco, een fijn balkon! ook snelle reactie van verhuurder/tussenpersoon wat we erg waardeerden! we hebben genoten! het enige aandachtspunt is het parkeren. in het hoogseizoen is het erg lastig dichtbij te parkeren.

hartelijk dank voor uw prachtige recensie. we zijn zo blij dat je genoten hebt van je verblijf en een geweldige tijd hebt gehad. Het parkeren is altijd moeilijk in een oude stad. Vergeet niet dat we een ondergrondse privéparkeerplaats hebben voor een kleine auto die de volgende keer kan helpen. we kijken ernaar uit je snel weer te zien.

Außergewöhnlich und erholsam

Das Appartment ist sehr gepflegt und aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war unkompliziert und das Check-in sehr flexibel. Auch die sehr schöne Lage und die ruhige Umgebung tragen ungemein der Erholung bei. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr ausgewogen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super appart pour un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement avec un autre couple d'amis et je le recommande vivement ! Bonne communication et disponibilité du propriétaire et de la personne qui s'occupe de la location sur place. Très bel et spacieux appartement fraichement rénové. Grimaud est un super emplacement pour accéder aux différents endroits à visiter de la région.

Malheureusement, en raison de Covid-19, nous n'avons pas pu installer l'unité de climatisation plus tôt cette année, mais c'est quelque chose qui sera fait dès que nous le pourrons. This apartment is in a great location if you want to go to the beach, go to the markets and antique markets or see the local sights. It's located in the old town of Grimaud with Port Grimaud a very short drive away. St. Tropez, which boasts all the super yachts, is only 7.5 miles away. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, bakery and national park.

A truly amazing location right in the heart of the Cote d’Azur and only 1h20 mins from the main airport at Nice. The Penthouse appt 402 is a stunning, sophisticated and contemporary apartment in Grimaud village. The apartment is the perfect choice for the discerning few who want to experience and live the lifestyle the cote d’azur is famous for. The duplex penthouse boasts a floor plan of 120 sq metres (1200 square feet) giving ample space to truly enjoy and relax, with stunning views and air conditioning through out. There is lift access directly from the garage area or the entrance hall. There is an underground private garage for a small car. Parking directly outside the apartment is limited however there are further spaces available within a short walk. The lounge / dining open plan area is 40 sq meters (400 square feet) with 5 metre high ceilings opening up onto a further 25 sq meters (250 square feet) balcony terrace giving you the perfect spot to sit and relax. You can enjoy your evening meal looking across the vineyards and valley with views all the way to the beautiful village of Gassin on the hill. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with terrace’s. One is en-suite bathroom, the other having a shower room across the hall. There is a double bedroom on the mezzanine level with a brand new bathroom en-suite which has ambient lighting offering the ultimate relaxing experience.
