Spacious 3BR / 2BA Condo, close to Beach, Boards and Convention Center! Updated!

Upgraded again! New stainless appliances, cabinets refinished, new King mattress, new HVAC. Extremely well maintained 1,500 sq. ft. condominium.

Our condo is the top floor middle unit. It is very spacious with 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a huge family room, full kitchen, laundry room, vaulted ceilings and 2 balconies.

The unit has laminate floors (no rugs!), new paint, new bedding, new décor, smart TVs, free cable TV and Wi-Fi!!

Our unit also features an indoor private garage with 2 reserved parking spaces, an outside shower, and 16 foot ceilings with ceiling fans in every room. The large family room has 21 foot sectional, 55” smart TV, and plenty of space to entertain.

There is room to comfortably sleep 9. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, full bathroom and balcony. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-size bed and balcony. The 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds: one twin-over-full and a twin-over-twin. TVs in each room.

Included is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. Please bring your own linens and towels.

The condo is just over 1 block from all the activities in Wildwood. Free Beach, Boardwalk, Morey’s Pier, and Convention Center.

Fox Park is only a half block away and features basketball and tennis courts, swings, and outdoor events. Water and amusement parks are also nearby.

Several restaurants and bars (including Dogtooth, Mud Hen, Poppy's, Copper Dog) are all within walking distance – so no need to drive.

Cape May is 4 miles away and the Atlantic City casinos are a short 30 minute drive up the Parkway

Kindly keep SAND out of our home. Please use the OUTSIDE SHOWER to rinse off (Chairs as well) SHAKE all towels and blankets outside.
Remove all trash & recyclables. TRASH - must be bagged and placed in garbage bin in the rear yard. RECYCLABLES - must be put in recycle bin in garage.

Nice Wildwood Vacation Spot!

The unit was just as advertised, in a great location with easy access to the beach. The place was clean, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. My family had plenty of room, and really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet and secure. Close to everything - easy walk to beach. Off street (garage) parking was great to have access to! Loved the spaciousness and updated atmosphere!

Beautiful home in a close proximity to all activities and shopping. You can see the boardwalk and ocean from your balcony. The kitchen came fully stocked with all necessities. The check-in and check-out was super convenient. A fantastic home to accommodate large families fully ready to entertain the kids while indoors.

Spacious and CLEAN condo

The beautifully maintained spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is awesome if you have a large number of people. We only had 4, but my son and daughter were thrilled to have their own rooms. It is close to the beach, maybe a 10 min walk, and the boardwalk is even closer!

Family Vacation

My family of 6 adults and 1 child (age 10 years old) had a wonderful experience vacationing at the Wildwood Beach. A car ride to Cape May was quick to enjoy Sunset Beach adventure. The condo was well decorated with beach-themed decor, very comfortable, and clean. Well stocked kitchen for eating in and plenty of eateries located within walking distance. The fireworks every Friday night was a pleasant surprise; we missed Independence Day festivities and I thought that we missed “Fireworks” completely. Kimberly and Mike were quick to respond by text messages too.

Clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. My family enjoyed the kitchen, & air hockey table. Great!

This is a great place to stay, close to the Wildwood beach, accessories for the beach available, nicely equipped kitchen for our professional chefs to prepare meals. The full sized washer and dryer was useful, no need to pack loads of clothes. We washed mid-week, and before we packed up for our drive home. Once home, we just hung up our clean clothing. We enjoyed “Girl’s Night Out” playing BINGO at the VFW Hall nearby. Friday night’s Fireworks were an unexpected treat seen from the back patio balcony. We also enjoyed the informative and entertaining dolphin watch cruise too.

Convenient Wildwood Location

Excellent location in wildwood, minutes from the boardwalk and the beach. Convenient parking (2 spots) located underneath the condo in a private garage. The condo had a spacious living room and a great porch to enjoy. All 3 bedrooms are adequately sized and could fit a family of 4-6 easily. I would highly recommend this location for any family looking for a wildwood beach weekend or anyone visiting the convention center for an event.

Nice but not wow

Owner is responsive, although we did not encounter many issues. Dishwasher is older and seems to take longer than usual. Shower head stream in master suite is not good even when adjusted. Parking spots in garage are tight, especially the one in back of garage. Nice that parking is free on street. Soundbar to main tv does not respond to remote to adjust volume; had to adjust manually on bar or turn off and use tv speakers. I did not engage owner on this stuff because it was mostly just an inconvenience that I didn’t think warranted bothering them. They can fix that for future renters. Front deck screen door needs greasing yo slide more easily.

Wonderful Vacation

Loved the high ceilings, all items were there that was described online ( cooler, beach cart, chairs, coffee pot etc.) Super easy check in and check out process. We had a great time and were close to the beach. We had some older family members that did not do so well going up 3 flights of stairs or walking to all the piers since we were closest to the first pier. Took tram car option. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious & Close to beach with lots of amenities

This rental is on the 3rd floor of a condo building. There is no elevator, only stairs, which wasn't a problem for us. It was bigger in person than the photos make it appear, which was really nice. Cute decor and great wif. Perfect location within walking distance from boardwalk/beach and a number of restaurants. Perfect for families with toddlers or older kids. The outdoor showers were a life saver to rid ourselves and our kids of the sand from the beach before coming inside. Bedrooms are beautiful and decently sized, however the king bed in the biggest room is so incredibly hard that it feels like you're basically sleeping on a floor. The bathrooms are nice and the showers have great water pressure but both of them release a very high pitched squeal the entire time you're using them. Of the issues that can arise on vacation, I will consider the ones we experienced very minor. Kim was prompt with responding to messages and very friendly. I definitely recommend this rental.

Nice views within walking distance to the beach

Spacious open living area and well stocked kitchen on the third floor with views of the Ferris wheel. A few blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Double bunk beds were a hit with the kids as well as the air hockey table. Great communication with the hosts.

Great stay!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and made eating in very easy. Very close to boardwalk and many restaurants in the neighborhood were easy to walk to!
