All Yr 3 bdr 2 bath Townhouse with POOL - 1.5 Blocks to Beach/ Convention Ctr

Welcome to our South Wildwood Townhouse with pool (two full floors and separate entrance) located only 1.5 blocks from beach and boardwalk and just a couple of blocks from the “Crest."

7 days minimum stay (Saturday through Saturday) from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Other times 2 days minimum stay. Maximum nr. of people to accommodate: 8

2 tandem parking spaces are included. In addition to the pool area where you can sit and socialize during the pool hours, there is a common space grass area where you can sit and relax. Sorry, no pets.

We only rent to Families or Mature Adult Groups (no parties please) over 25 years old. This is a family-oriented condominium complex.

We do not provide linens or towels.

The outdoor pool is open during the summer season only. The townhouse consists of three floors. From the separate entrance on the first floor, you take a flight of stairs to get to the living area (second floor) containing the living room, continuing with a second sitting/ conversation area, dining room, half bath, and fully equipped kitchen.

The three bedrooms are on the third floor. All new mattresses ( 2022 and 2023) Two brand new HVAC unit for each floor (2022 and 2023). The flooring recently has been changed (Fall 2022) to luxury vinyl planks in all the bedrooms and the hallway. Also on this floor you will find the full bath, laundry center and ample closet storage space. All bedrooms have smart tv's and darkening blinds.

Bedroom One: Queen size bed (2 people)
Bedroom Two: Two single size bed (2 people)
Bedroom Three: Two single size bed (Trundle bed) (2 people)
Living Room: Queen Size sofa bed (2 people)

Morey's amusement piers and water parks are also close by. Park your car and leave the keys, you are near everything you need like pizza shops, Mexican restaurants, Pancake house, Pacific Grill, mini golf, ice cream, convenient store, liquor store, boutique stores and more, all within a 2 block radius. We are close to the beach but far enough away from the noise and congestion of the heart of Wildwood.

Our street has many families that have returned for more than 20 years. This gives a warm neighborhood feel. We think you will have a great vacation here.
