This beautiful spacious South Village townhouse is located in the luxury gated community of John's Island. It overlooks the serene South Golf Course and is just a short drive or bicycle ride across A1A to a fabulous beach. The South Village also enjoys its own private heated pool and 2 tennis courts, which are a short walk from the condo.

Renovations were completed on this 2 BR/2.5 BA (1300 sq. ft.) townhome and it is decorated in a stylish modern beach decor.
The living room has well maintained furniture throughout including a queen sleeper sofa along with ample seating for guests, a great setting for small gatherings with family. The living room also has a 50" flat screen Samsung Smart HD TV. If you need to stay in touch while you are away there is also a desk with high speed wireless internet. The living room area has sliding doors out to a private terrace. The terrace overlooks the golf course and a professionally landscaped back yard complete with 2 chaise lounges and a table to relax and enjoy the view, read a good book or take an afternoon nap.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the kitchen basics including a range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and double door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser.

A stackable washer/dryer is located in the hallway just outside the kitchen and tucked away behind a sliding door for your convenience.

A separate dining area has a table that seats 6 with a private courtyard terrace just outside the sliding doors creating a beautiful sunlit area for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The sunlit and spacious master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king sized bed with a 32" flat screen Samsung Smart HD TV and a private bathroom with a vanity and shower. The master bedroom also includes ample closet space.

The guest bedroom is also on the second floor and has twin beds with a large closet, high ceilings and plenty of sunlight. Right outside the door there is a full bathroom with a new vanity, tub/shower.

Great spot

We loved our time at John’s Island. The condo is a no-frills, basic setup, but it’s very clean and comfortable, with the real benefits being the proximity to the JI beaches and the rest of Vero Beach. Peter was very easy to work with and very responsive to a few questions we had during our stay.

Worked very well for us with extended family members coming to JI for the week. Nicely furnished, comfortable and cheery, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes, etc. Peter was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend it to others, and would stay here again.

Convenient and accommodating

This property worked for us … we had the space we needed, appropriate kitchen and laundry room. Loved the location. Issues with the toilet in the beginning but resolved it by not flushing any toilet paper … was told by property maintenance personnel that this is a chronic problem there.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay so much that you decided to extend it several weeks! We appreciate your understanding regarding the issue with the powder room toilet early in your stay. As you mentioned, it was quickly resolved and did not recur during your stay or for the guests who immediately followed. Thankfully, with two other bathrooms available, it did not impact your experience. Our family has owned this condo for 50 years and has personally stayed here for the last 20 without encountering this issue. On one occasion, a previous guest mistakenly flushed paper towels, which caused a temporary backup, but this is not a chronic problem. We take great pride in maintaining our property and ensuring a comfortable experience for all our guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

Peter was very easy to work with and made the whole process a breeze. John’s Island is a beautiful place to visit. It was especially nice to have the condo association private pool and tennis courts available for our use. The prefect weather we had didn’t hurt either!

The townhouse was lovely - worked perfectly for us!

The townhouse is light, bright, and really feels brand new! We rented bikes, and were able to use them to tour all of John's Island, and even to travel down to Vero Beach. We were very comfortable here, and won't hesitate to rent again - and to recommend to friends!
