We are very thankful to have weathered both hurricanes (Helene & Milton) with little to no damage... just a few downed tree branches. We are currently welcoming all new reservations for the Fall and prime winter season. Get your family vacation booked soon!

Thank you for visiting our listing. I would like to invite you to stay at our beautiful new waterfront home in Vero Beach. The home has been completely remodeled with fresh paint and all new furniture and mattresses. We have plenty of room for your whole family to spread out with over 3700 sq ft of living space. There are three seperate wings to the home that make it a perfect space for traveling with a large family. Relax in privacy on our secluded, yet incredibly convenient home on the inter-coastal waterway. We are just a short four minute ride to Wabasso beach and less than ten minutes to a handful of other great Vero beaches.

Great stay at this beautiful Vero Beach home

The home is just as presented: super clean, well appointed and great location. We loved the short drive to the beach, proximity to fun restaurants in Sebastian and Vero Beach and the pool and outdoor amenities.

Amazing house and location

The house was everything it listed and more in person. Paul the owner was terrific with communication and advice. Very grateful for himWe highly recommend this spot. Modern large rooms,especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool was clean and unique with a fun backyard and dock.

Fantastic riverfront property

My family stayed over the July 4th holiday and we could not be happier with the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our days in the pool and fishing off the dock. Location is convenient and house was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We all enjoyed our stay! Fishing off dock, pool, beach and the kids loved the queen bunk beds. Should be noted that one bedroom with queen bed has access to shower only through another bedroom. We would stay here again!

Wabasso Fishing Trip

The property is nice. We really enjoyed the location on the water, the dock and yard. We did enjoy the pool but the pool gets a lot of yard debris in because it is not screened in. It really requires daily cleaning which we did but didn’t really expect that. The nets to scoop out all the debris need to be replaced as they all have rips in them which makes it harder to clean the pool.

Very good

A very nice property. 4 nice bedrooms, great lanai with TV and good space. Pool outside but with good cleaning system. Washer didn’t work at first but owner quickly had it repaired. Kitchen had all essentials. A few light bulbs out or flickering. It is close to busy road but did not bother us much and couldn’t hear inside.

Superior Vacation Spot

The home is spacious. The sunrises are beautiful over the river. The heated pool and spa were a must for our March vacation with grandkids who love to swim. Wabasso Beach was closed the week we were there but with relatives staying at Sea Oaks we had access to the beach whenever we wanted. Perfect Spring Break vacation.

Family Paradise

We loved our stay on the riverfront being able to dock our boat at the house made it easy to go boating and fishing. The kids loved their room with the 4 queen sized bunk beds and we loved the spaciousness of the other areas of the house. The outdoor seating around the pool and firepit allowed us to relax together while enjoying the wonderful pool and spa. We plan to visit again soon!!

Beautiful property larger yard than most rentals

Had a wonderful time at waterfront property with extended family and friends. Plenty of room for everyone to have alone time. Lots of beautiful birds fishing even saw dolphins occasionally in river in front of house.

Wabasso/Vero Family Vacation

We loved the home. There was plenty of space for all of us, very clean, and just like pictures on vrbo. The pool was so refreshing. We caught so many fish off the pier- snook, stingray, catfish, blowfish, and sea trout. The home owner was easy to reach. We would definitely come back!

Better than advertised

House sits in a perfect location with only 1 neighbor. Water front in the Indian river. Long dock with plenty of room to fish. House was immaculately clean. Everything worked. Plenty of rooms and beds. Hot tub and pool cleaned right as we arrived. It is only about 10 to 15 minutes away from all the shopping you need to do and the beach is only a five minute drive down the road. You can bring your boat out to the Indian river as well as Sebastion Inlet to do ocean fishing. Homeowner communicated very well. Definitely want to stay again and will be booking a future stay.

Wabasso beach

We were very disappointed with our stay. We rented for 3 weeks and had to leave one week early due to multiple reasons with the last straw being raccoons in the lanai ceiling. There were biting fleas from the racoons that infested the lanai, out by the pool and even in the house. There were 3 adults and two small children and we were all bitten all over. Other issues included a dirty pool, dirty house, very few cooking utensils, clogged sinks, leaking kitchen sink, backed up septic tank, etc. This was easily the worst stay we have ever had and the owner was full of excuses and offered no compensation at all. I would advise others to avoid this property at all costs.

24 Friends vacation

House is nice and renovated. The only issue we had was the hot tub did not heat up the first night, the living room temp never went down below 75 (the others did great), the sprinklers came on constantly, the water faucets in this home are backwards and there was no water pressure in the bunkbed room. Lastly, the site says 4 bedrooms/4 queen beds but the "4th bedroom" is really a foldout couch so it was embarrassing to have our guest have to stay on a couch that was not comfortable instead of a bed. Other than that, the home is very nice and comfortable and the pool/hottub were awesome.

Can’t be board here

We came down with our family of 6 and 4 of our cousins all ranging from 12-19 . We have family there so the kids came over to fish we used the dock caught some snapper . From the bridge my boys caught a nurse shark . What was nice was 3 rooms were on one side the one with 4 queens was on the other side. No one was kept up. Very spacious. I would recommend bring bug spray . I have been going to vero for over 20 years. Our family who also lives on the water gets a lot of no see ums . That was the only draw back . We just wore board shirts and pants at night . I WOULD still rent this again. Just giving honest review. Being on water has pros and cons . This property was filled with stuff to do between beach bites 4 minutes away for lunch and wabasso beach to just hanging around the pool our family had a great time . I saw some negative reviews which in our experience the complaints about flees that person must not be realize the no see um’s lol in Florida . We are very picky and had everything was perfect. The home smelled clean , no sand on the floors beds were comfortable. This house has it all . You really don’t need to leave . Our kids from 12 -19 had a great time. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I had .

Filthy, hot, bugs, not equipped for cooking

We checked in and had overflowing trash cans with a baby diaper and open food container on the top. We were told to clean it up, put cans out and owner would have picked up, never happened and animals got it in again. AC filters caked with an inch of dust, couldn't get the house cooled and it was 82 degrees when we returned to the house every afternoon. Owner agreed to take AC off econo and my husband had to change the filters. Pool deck had toys, garbage, droppings and full dirty buckets on it we had to clean up. Screen door broken with holes so bugs got in screened porch and ate us up. Bugs on bedroom floor. Shower handle broken. One small serving bowl, no others. One towel each for 8 adults for a week. 3 wash cloths and 3 handtowels for 8 people for a week. Owner not helpful in resolving anything except for the air conditioning after 3 very hot nights in the house.
