Located on Esquirol Beach, one of the most family-friendly and peaceful areas of Cambrils, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, children's entertainment and several beach bars where you can enjoy live music during the summer. Furthermore, the urban bus stop is very close by, allowing you to access both the centre of Cambrils and Salou comfortably in just a few minutes.



The dwelling is a corner terraced house that is part of a small residential complex of only 4 houses, which share the landscaped area facing the sea and the communal outdoor car park.

- Beautiful landscaped area facing the sea with direct beach access, shared between the 4 properties in the residential complex. It is prohibited to use garden furniture from other houses. Each one has its own exclusive furniture.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Group bookings and pets are not accepted. The accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- Wi-Fi included.

- The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival, including the details of all occupants required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of the pending payment before key handover. Otherwise, key delivery cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you beforehand with all the necessary information to carry out check-in.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or stains on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
