AQUA 1107 is located on the 11th floor of the hottest property on PC Beach. This condo has been newly renovated and is ready for the season. Comfortable surroundings featuring king size beds in both bedrooms and twin beds in the bunk will make your visit to the beach restful and relaxing.
The master BR opens out to your private balcony and the sights and sounds of the world class beach below. Each room has a TV and the kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or appliance you could want on vacation.
The large washer and dryer are recent purchases and will more than accommodate the needs of your family during your stay.

Excellent Vacation/Baseball trip

Tim was excellent. He checked on us multiple times during our stay, and even asked how our son’s baseball team was doing. He was very attentive. The view was beautiful and the place was clean. Perfect size for my family of 5. We will be back next year. Thank you Tim.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Tim's condo. The view was spectacular, beds were super comfy, and the condo truly has everything and anything you'd need. It's very close to pier park and a quick trip down the elevator to enjoy both pools, hot tub, and the beach. The chairs and umbrella set up for us each day was a really nice bonus as well. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!!

We loved this condo!! The location was great, the condo was clean and well equipped and Tim was great to work with! It was a great bonus to have the beach chairs so we didn't have to carry down as much. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it!!

Family Vacation 2024

This condo was one of the best we have rented! We stay at Aqua every year due to the location and convenience to everything. The owner was quick to respond to each and every question we had and the condo was beautiful and clean! This was our fav condo and will definitely be back! ❤️

Condo was perfect! Super clean and had many extras to make the week so comfortable! the early check in was a plus and communication with owner was top notch! My family and I would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in many units at the Aqua in the last 7 years and this was one of the best!

Excellent experience!

Condo was beautiful and very clean! Excellent amenities! No need to go through a long check in process, just went right to the condo and had a code to get in. Location was perfect, within walking distance to numerous shops & restaurants including Pier Park! Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Quick getaway

We always stay at Aqua and love the resort. This was our first stay in unit 1107 and it was perfect. Plenty of towels, pantry full of spices to cook and it comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The 3 bedrooms had amble storage space which was extremely convenient. It had “homey” amenities like candles and extra hangers in the closets that my family and I found ourselves enjoying as well which just added the cherry on top of our stay.

PCB 2023 Aqua Stay

The condo was extremely clean and the view of the gulf is well worth the stay. Tim is an awesome guy to deal with and plan to stay at his condos for years to come. We have stayed at the aqua for over 10 years and by far Tim has been the best owner we’ve dealt with. He makes you feel at ease and goes beyond to make sure you have a great stay. You will not be disappointed I’ll tell you that.

Everything was as promised by host. Plenty of towels and supplies. Got to go in early. Great communication with Tim (host). Loved how they did not let people save seats with towels.

Great Condo unit for family!!!

We enjoyed our stay in 1107. The unit is decorated nicely- large with basically 3 bedrooms- enough for a family of 4 to spread out and all have their own room. The view is amazing, Aqua has some of the best pools - great beach, perfect walking distance from our favorite restaurants, and fast elevators. The included beach service chairs made it convenient and easy. Tim was wonderful- great communication and easy to always reach. We stay in Aqua every year - plan to stay in this unit again.

Five Star Host and Condo

No complaints at all. Tim was the absolute best. I researched several places in PCB and decided on his condo for all the 5 star reviews. It definitely did not disappoint. Condo was very clean and plenty of linens. The view is gorgeous. Tim offered early check-in and checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going good. Have never gotten that kind of "Southern" hospitality anywhere i have ever stayed. Thanks again Tim and would love to visit again!

Life's a beach

We loved everything about this unit. There was plenty of space, is was super clean and had all the amenities of home that we could have wanted. The view is gorgeous!! Tim was great of keeping us informed and updated when the resort was having electrical issues. One downfall was the elevators were sometimes super crowded and had long wait times, but we figured out when the busy times were and just adjusted our schedule. We were there for a baseball tournament so we didn't get to spend as much time at the resort as we wanted, but it was so nice to have chairs/umbrella ready for us each day at the beach! We would definitely stay again :)

Wonderful family vacation!

This was our first time to PCB, and we had a wonderful time. My husband, 5 children, and I definitely felt at home here. The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. I especially loved the Keurig coffee maker.. The only thing I wished I would have realized, was how small the 3rd bedroom is. My 11 and 5 year old sons slept here, but they had nowhere in the room to store their clothes/things. It was okay for us, but I could see if older children/adults planned to sleep there, it could be a challenge. The ocean was gorgeous, the best we've ever visited. The pools are large and fun. Very good experience overall!

Paradise

The condo was clean and the beds were cozy. The one we slept in was so soft i wanted to take it home with me. Everything we needed to cook was there. We didnt eat out much. There were a few small containers of laundry soap and dishwasher tabs for use that was helpful because my daughter was sick. There was also enough coffee supplies for a few days which I was so greatful for before we got to the grocery. We had a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. The 2 pools were great with plenty of chairs. Being on the 11th floor you dont hear all the noise from people the beach. The walk to the beach is very short. Tim was very kind and had great communication. I felt like I could text him if I needed anything at all. We will definitely be back.

I will be in the area when you visit and will try to get your family in the condo as early as possible to start your vacation.
