This newly remodeled, 3 bed/2 bath oceanfront condo is located just steps from the beach, making it the perfect spot for your next vacation. With 10-foot ceilings and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, every moment spent here is a treat.

Start your day with complimentary beach chair service for two, available from March 15th to October 31st. Imagine relaxing in your own reserved lounge chairs under an umbrella, with the sound of the waves as your backdropā€”no need to worry about setting up, itā€™s all done for you!

Inside, youā€™ll find a beautifully updated space that comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The oceanfront master suite features a King-size bed, offering a great night sleep on the large memory foam bed with direct views of the sparkling waters. The second bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed, while the bunk roomā€”complete with a single over double bed and a door for added privacyā€”ensures the little ones can rest peacefully. The living roomā€™s Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space with an unbeatable beachfront view.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, whether youā€™re preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or enjoying a family dinner. The open-concept living and dining areas offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together, with large windows that bring the beach right into your living room.

Sunrise Beach 1804 isnā€™t just a place to stayā€”itā€™s a full resort experience. Take a dip in one of two pools (one of which is heated all year ā€˜round), unwind in the hot tubs, or keep up with your fitness routine in the well-equipped workout facility. Booking Details

Upon arrival, youā€™ll have everything you need to access the resortā€™s amenities, including convenient parking under the building. There is a $50 fee per car (3 car maximum allowed) due to the facility prior to arrival. After your booking you'll be sent instructions on how to complete this.

The condo is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell the owners take great pride in it. However, the cleaning service failed to put flat sheets on the bunkbeds and every bed in the condo had sand in it.

Great Place on the Beach

It's a wonderful property - right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We stayed with our four kids (ages 10-14), and it was perfect. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

Perfect week had by all. The Ocean was angry during our vacay week but the condoā€™s pools and splash pad kept the kids in the water. Would recommend this listing and would stay again.

Panama City Day at the beach

This cozy little condo was perfect for our family of 8. We has spent 4 days in Orlando in the parks prior to making a stop here. This was such an incredibly relaxing 48 hours that we spent at this condo! Gorgeous view from the balcony. Uncrowded beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Clean pool! AND everyone we encountered was friendly and so kind. It really was the perfect space to relax and enjoy our family before we returned to the daily grind after vacation. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely condo!!

Fun and Relaxing

Our stay was amazing. It was the perfect place for my husband and three kids who are 14, 16 and 17. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and having two chairs reserved for us every day was a great perk. The pool and hot tubs were great. Not just the condo, but the entire place was very clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing experience

Propery was just as advertised. Owner answered all questions promptly and gave us all info needed in a very timely manner. One of the best experiences I've had with a property from booking all the way to check out. Very clean and well maintained condo and property. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great condo.very nicely decorated. The property managers were very attentive to any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, half of the pool was closed for resurfacing the whole week during our stay.

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

This trip was a girls trip for my daughter. We had a Wonderful stay and the location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. The property was very well kept. Security was onsite and everyone was very nice. The complimentary beach chairs were a plus as well. The weather was beautiful every day of our stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Been staying at sunrise since it opened many years ago & some of the unit is are outdated but not this one. Itā€™s been beautifully remodeled. Itā€™s clean, the beds are comfortable & of course the view is stunning. The owners are friendly, super helpful & responsive & just a joy to work with. Highly recommend this property!!

Lazy beach vacation!

We were looking for a lazy beach vacation and we got that. The condo was the perfect size for us. The location and view canā€™t be beat. The kids loved the heated pool and we were walking distance to family friendly restaurants! Tim and Sharon are amazing hosts! We didnā€™t need much once we were there, but they were phenomenal before our trip. The hosts alone made the trip worth it, but the view helped seal the deal ;)

Just Beautiful

This condo was amazing . Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and very comfortable .Itā€™s stocked with everything you need and close to a lot of restaurants. The owners are very responsive . The check in was easy and the place is very safe. I highly recommend it . My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The direct communication with the owners was fabulous! We have no complaints other than the elevators kept messing up but it happens. Itā€™s been our families favorite beach vacation so far. Would for sure stay here again and hopefully we get the chance too.

Great condo and location

The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable for my family (3 adults and two children). It was stocked with everything we needed. The TV setup was great in that it allowed us to log on do Disney + to give the kids some quiet time. Our granddaughters (6 and 3) loved the bunk beds. And the balcony was great for morning coffee and a late afternoon drink. It had plenty of room for all of us. Tim (the host) was very easy to communicate with. He gave clear check in instructions, checked on us during our stay, and responded to emails and texts very quickly. Sunrise Beach resort was also great. I think it has one of the best pool decks on the beach. It also is within walking distance of several restaurants and Gulf World. It is a very secure building with easy parking. I would highly recommend both the unit and the building.
