This luxury brand new three bedroom villa is set in a small quiet complex in the Ayia Thekla - a beautiful and quiet area of popular Mediterranean holiday destination Ayia Napa.
As you open the gate you will find ample of parking space and a spacious pool area in front of lovely lounge and veranda perfect for al-fresco dining.
Inside, there is a large living area overlooking the pool. The living area includes kitchen, dining and sitting areas.
There is one toilet with shower room and one double bedroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs are another two bedrooms which share family bathroom and a lovely sea view balconies.

A lovely visit to Cyprus

Lovely clean modern villa and we had a great week in Cyprus. We had an issue with the oven but someone came out very quickly to fix it, which was excellent service. The only downside was the very basic kitchen equipment — no chopping board, oven trays or oven gloves, only one wine glass and no egg cups. A few extra kitchen essentials would make the stay even better. Overall, a lovely stay and we would happily return and would certain recommend.

Moderately nice stay and Villa

We stayed over a month in another Villa nearby, and had to move to this unit. This one was a bit older inside décor and furniture wise; and had a few structural issues in the Villa (heat air con not blowing hot air- but was fixed by maintenance, some mold and water damage on kitchen walls). Unit was missing a bit of kitchen supplies compared to Regina Villa. Everything else was suitable, and Ernesta our contact was great.

Beautiful home and excellent service

Lovely, quiet home with nice garden. The price for the home was reasonable for what was offered. The rental company was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some water. There were countless friendly stray cats who kept us company on the grounds. The house is in a quiet residential area so the next store or restaurant is accessible by car only. The team was quite flexible-- e.g. we were planning to relax at the pool/garden one day when the garden workers wanted work in the garden. They were very nice and offered to work the next day instead. Suggestions for improvement: -a heated pool; the water was very cold -provide pool/beach towels free of charge -blankets for the bed (there was just a thin sheet on each bed)- The team was very nice and delivered blankets to us later on upon request. -the kitchen could be equipped a bit more (there was no cork screw, cutting board, spatula, storage box, baking plate/pan etc) -the kitchen counter was quite burn-damaged All in all it was a wonderful, relaxing, sunny week in Cyprus!

Schönes Haus in top Lage

Wir waren 2 Paare und deshalb war die Aufteilung des Hauses mit unten Schlafzimmer und Bad und oben Schlafzimmer und Bad perfekt. Schöner Bereich zum draußen aufhalten. Prima Verständigung Vorort mit Vermieter man konnte jederzeit jemanden erreichen.Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht und werden bestimmt nochmal dorthin gehen.Tauben und Katzen gehörten dort allerdings zum Tagesablauf dazu sollte erwähnt werden.

Great Choice to use Villas's2 Let : good properrty, great location

Fantastic! Booking and Pre-Arrival: good/timely/accurate exchange of info and Q&A on facilities. Friendly team prompt with email and also took calls :-), VENSA and team were ‘super-helpful’/professional and contactable for odd questions Directions/Arrival: the villa is a 'short and easy' 30min drive from Larnaca airport. Direction given are good, but little 'tricky' in the dark after long flight!, well worth a Google Map trial run before Dep UK!. Villa keys in coded wall safe worked v well. Villa / Location/ Amenities : Villa is a good 3 bedroom venue, two main bedrooms with double beds and ensuite (one with bath), 3 bedroom with 4-bunk beds. All the equipment you’d expect was there/plentiful. NB ALL UK 3-pin plugs**. Generally very quiet location, both night and day. LOTS of cats! Comments/ Issues : = none really, if pushed was ‘surprised’ that the iron** had a two pin European plug, luckily I’m a bit of a geek!! And had an adapter!! . Shops are a very long walk away/ you’ll need a car!?. Don’t leave your villa doors open local cats may come in for ‘bin-food’ Go and Enjoy……………we did!

Everything was just fine except doves early in the morning and some cockroaches nearby. Clean a quiet place. All commodities are there to make your stay comfortable.

Perfect but there are some nuances

Villa is perfect and clean. Situated in a nice place with beautiful garden. Guys come often to clean your swimming pool. But the only one thing which can be fixed is doves shit on the second floor. Veranda has no roof that is why dinner table there is useless. Cause every morning doves do the mess . That might be sort out with canopy or anything else. And one more thing is cockroaches. It is hard to solve because it is villa. Every day we saw 5-6 dying on the floor because of the poison. But some of them were alive on the walls. We liked a greeting bottle of vine , ham, cheese ... We liked that the problem with oven was solved in 5 hours. Servise was perfect. Wish you good luck in yor bussines and hope to see your villas again.

Tolles Haus mit diversen Mängeln

Leider mussten wir mehrfach reklamieren, da es in diesem Haus eine nicht akzeptierbare Taubenplage gibt (alles ist voller Kot, Balkone sind nicht nutzbar) und ab 5.00 Uhr Morgens gurrten die Tauben, dass man nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Zudem wurde die Poolbeleuchtung und die Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss erst 3 Tage vor unserer Abreise repariert, was nicht akzeptabel ist. Da W-Lan ist absolut nicht zu gebrauchen, es können nicht mal Anhänge von Mails geöffnet werden, die Bandbreite ist so schlecht. Und im Obergeschoss hat man sogar überhaupt keinen Empfang. Der fehlende Sonnenschirm (Sockel vorhanden) und die fehlenden Sicherheitsabdeckungen der Pool-Filterkörbe wurden erst nach dem Reklamieren ersetzt. Zudem wurden in den umliegenden Häusern ständig Pool-Partys gefeiert bis teils Morgens um Vier mit lauter Musik, Geschrei und teils sogar mit Feuerwerkskörpern. Das Haus selber wäre sonst super schön und würde alles bieten was man in den Ferien braucht.
