Dear Julia, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the villa's peaceful location, outdoor area, pool features, barbecue, and the well-equipped kitchen. It’s also great to know that the comfortable mattresses helped make your stay more relaxing. We also value your constructive comments. We will certainly review the lighting around the pool and look into simplifying the lighting system inside the villa. Additionally, we’ve already informed our housekeeping team to ensure all kitchen items, such as pots and pans, are thoroughly aired and fresh for future guests. Regarding the doors and the possibility of being locked out, we will explore solutions to improve convenience and minimize noise. Your insights help us improve and continue providing a better experience for our guests. We hope to welcome you back again soon! Warm regards, L.A Mer Homes Team - EL.
