The yard provides ample space for sunbathing and leisure, while the property benefits from reliable Internet WiFi connectivity throughout. Parking for 2 cars is conveniently available directly on the premises, ensuring ease of arrival and departure for all guests.

The first bedroom is equipped with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed, also with exit to the terrace. The second bedroom similarly offers 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed, with the same terrace access. The third bedroom includes a dressing room and a French bed measuring 160 cm, with its own exit to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island, complemented by a small bar area. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC.
