Located in Uptown, with DIRECT access to beautiful Katy Trail, this location cannot be beaten! This welcoming 2 story townhome style unit in a 4-plex is suitable for all travelers.
Accommodation includes 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) and en-suite bathrooms, plus a sofa bed for up to 6 guests in total. Half bath on entry level, full equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, a patio area, parking for 1 vehicle, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, central AC. Make this your home away from home!

Well appointed townhome making for a comfortable and convenient stay of any length. Laminate flooring covers the lower level of the home, with carpet on stairs and upper bedroom level. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer and some pantry items and spices are included. Toiletries, towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer are all available for use.

Perfect Stay

A few friends and I stayed in this home (all women) and we felt safe the whole time. The house was super clean, and the perfect size for us! I did not have a single complaint.

We had a quick weekend stay when we had events at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Center. This was close which was ideal. Lots of places to eat close by. Convenient, clean and cute!

Great Location

The townhouse was in a great location. Loved the direct access to the Katy Trail. It was a short walk to the Katy Ice House where we enjoyed lunch. If you have small children, do note that the stairs are open on one side for the first few steps. Check in was a smooth process. Would recommend!

Dallas weekend

The unit was clean, comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, loved the proximity to the Katy trail. We had a minor incident in the pipes for the kitchen sink flooding the last night we were there ( only night we used the kitchen) but the property manager was responsive.

The absolutely best VRBO for Dallas trips!

I have stayed at three of the host’s Katy Trail homes on many occasions and every trip is perfect! The home is spacious and very comfortably furnished. The location is superb, very close to dining, shopping and the Katy Trail! Within minutes of the Park Cities and SMU. Lisa is an excellent communicator and her homes are very well managed and maintained. The home works well whether I am traveling solo or with my family and two pups! Thank you so much Lisa for opening your lovely home!

Nice 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo.

Perfect for two singles or two couples. My friend and I stayed for a pickleball tournament at Brookhaven Country Club. The condo is about 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the venue (not including traffic). We enjoyed our stay. Thee can go is very clean and as advertised. Just a note - the neighborhood and surrounding area is under quite a bit of construction right now.

Great location, but very uncomfortable

I want to emphasize that I have not shared this information with the owner. The trip started with having limited communication with the owner. This was a recurring theme thru the trip. Once we arrived, we noticed the smell and how hot the unit was. Somehow I missed it was a 4 unit place. The driveway is very narrow with rosebushes that scratch your car when you drive by. The queen size bed is desperate for a new mattress as my sister felt she was falling off the bed every time she turned over. Doorways are narrow and small. I was awakened early each morning by another unit's shower. The furniture in the den is uncomfortable and other sitting is too far away to comfortably see the tv. The kitchen was stocked, except that there was no ice in the ice trays, and one of those was cracked. I would rate this is one of the worst stays we have had over the years. On the positive, it is in an area that we felt safe. The unit cooled down by the time we went to bed. Overall, this was about a 3/10.

Nice place

The apartment was very clean and master bed was comfortable. I always book a second bedroom as my husband snores, but the queen bed frame seemed broken or unstable at the right foot. We called the property manager the evening of arrival, without response; I did not use the bed. Also, two nights before we left, I called again to see if we could spend an extra night at an additional cost as we changed our flight. Again, no response. We had tried to email the property manager through the web site, but had trouble with the connection. All in all, it was a nice quiet place, but very frustrating that the property manager was unavailable.

Convenient, comfortable townhouse in Uptown/Knox Henderson

The property was as advertised. Access to the Katy Trail was a bonus and made access to shopping and restaurants very walkable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Perfect 4th return stay

This was our 4th stay in the Katy Trail VRBOs (we have stayed in 102, 103, and 201) and as always it was a great trip! These apartments are well managed, clean, super comfortable and nicely appointed with a perfect location on the Katy Trail for lovely safe walks at all times of day with our pups. These VRBOs are close to great restaurants and shopping . We highly recommend this VRBO and are looking forward to our next stay!

Trail Tale

Nice place right on the Katy Trial allowed us to enjoy the neighborhood shops and restaurants and walk the lovely landscaped urban trail every morning. The condo was clean and comfortable with ample A/C. It's an older building but well maintained and appointed. Furniture and beds were comfortable as well.

Great Thanksgiving Trip!

The location was perfect for our trip to Dallas for a family Thanksgiving celebration. The home is clean and comfortable and the booking was easy and complete. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds comfortable. The access to the Katy trail is wonderful. We will stay here in the future if the townhome is available.

Property and location was excellent! Not downtown but less than 2 miles away. Was in town for business commute was short and convenient. When I'm in Dallas again definitely will book.

Clean and bright condo in a great area.

Booked this condo because it was near my niece's condo in Uptown, so a great area. Very clean, well stocked (towels, bathroom products, etc.), and ample open seating in the living room. We didn't use the kitchen much. So close to the Katy Trail for walks, and close to restaurants, museums, downtown, etc. Only issue was the design of the staircase, with completely open area on one side of the stairs (just a little disconcerting for a "seasoned" person), but we turned on lights at night. A great place to stay in Uptown Dallas.

Great Location and nice property

The location is great and the place is a nice size and attractively decorated. Some very nice touches: water in the fridge and coffee, sugar and creamer! The a/c works great making the place delightfully cool. Each bedroom has a private bath and there's a half bath on the main level. The unit was also very quiet and the assigned parking in back is a big plus! There are a couple of things that could help make it more comfortable. The bed in the second bedroom is very firm and the bed in the owner's bedroom is firm but comfortable. As a female it's nice to have a magnifying mirror available to put on makeup as the lighting in the bathrooms isn't bright enough for that. I am light sensitive when I sleep. The owners bedroom has a pitched roof making it very attractive and open feeling however there is a row of windows all along the top that face the bed. There are no window coverings on these windows and the sun comes up early...6 am in June...I was awake much earlier than I wanted to be, Not sure that they can address this so this is more of an fyi for light sensitive sleepers. Additionally the bathroom does not have a ceiling so is therefore open at the top to the bedroom. Light, noises etc emanate from the bathroom.
