Gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment situated in Benalbeach complex (Benalmadena coast) just 50 meters from the beach with uninterrupted sea views from the sunny terrace.

Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.
Linen provided (sheets & towels).

Special rates available for stays of 30 nights or over, between November and April.

Gym in complex with daily and weekly rates - you must consult them in resort (not included in your reservation).

Full access to all communal areas such as 5 pools with water slides, gardens, sunbeds (not included in the rental price), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc.

There is also a Supermarket located on the ground floor of the complex that opens every day (only in high season).

Access to the complex with a car is permitted through the gates, which are controlled by reception (please, ring the bell).

The "Sirena" pool is open all year around, and the temperature is set at 23º.

Pools and slides opening hours may differ depending on the season and does not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor we cannot accept any claims due to this matter or pool closure.

POOLS: One of the swimming pools remains open and is heated to 23º. For the moment, it remains closed due to force majeure on 12/7/2023.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for loss of signal.

Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.
