This charming apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a beautiful terrace with barbecue. Located in the coveted Pueblo Evita community, it is the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. The apartment has a magnificent location where you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close. It is also worth noting that it is near the beach, approximately 700 m or 10 minutes walk from our beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.
Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as an on-site restaurant/bar, a children's club, and nighttime entertainment (subject to community decisions about its opening/closing).
The complex and the apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious open terrace with southwest orientation and sun until late afternoon.
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short distance by car. Those who spend their vacations in Benalmádena every year are likely to repeat bookings at this complex, this particular apartment is especially interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment has the advantage of being on the first floor, while having a spectacular clear view of the city, the mountain and the sea.

We inform that the building staff is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

The opening and usage schedule of the pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' association.

Excellent property
Beautiful, spacious and clean property. Large comfortable bed and air conditioning throughout. Shower was excellent, bonus having a washing machine. Only thing I would suggest is a little more shelter from the sun on the terrace.

A fantastic holiday in a perfect location.
The apartment is spacious, uncluttered and clean. There is plenty of hot water and the shower is powerful. The bed is super comfy. Spare bedding and pillows are provided. The balcony is a sunbathers delight in the afternoons.Perfect location near friendly bars, delicious restaurants, a supermarket and bus stops.

Wonderful, not one complaint!
We've just returned from a 3 week stay at this property, and we can't say enough about the apartment and Lidia, the property manager. Before our arrival we had many questions, and they were answered very promptly. The location was perfect for groceries and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely with the most amazing view from the terrace in the evenings, a perfect place to end the day with a glass of wine. Bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. The local bus M103 stops right outside the door and takes you directly to Arroyo train station, butterfly farm and Benalmadena Pueblo. As others have mentioned, there are several steps to the apartment which we were concerned about as we're seniors, but they certainly weren't an issue for us. We would absolutely book this again and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Beautiful light-filled apt with wonderful views
Loved our stay at this apt. Spacious living area and with six windows, the light filled the room the whole day. Sun on balcony from about midday, right to sunset at 9pm. Beautiful view over the mountains. Well equipped kitchen with all that you need. Sofa bed also very comfortable. On-site pizza restaurant is convenient and excellent!
The only downside is that it is unsuitable for anybody with accessibility needs. You can access apt from the lower road and then climb 50 stairs, or walk up a very step hill and climb down and up around 40 stairs! We had a double stroller and it was very challenging carrying it up all of the stairs. Also note that you cannot access the pool via the complex. You have to go out onto the main road and walk all the way round to access via the main gate which can take a long time with toddlers.
To conclude, I would return again, but not with small children!
