Modern and bright 100 sqm apartment located on the fourth floor (lift) of an elegant building, a stone's throw from Piazza Statuto, in an ideal position for being able to move comfortably in the city.
The "Principi D'Acaja" metro stop is only 500 meters away, the Porta Susa station 700 meters and, if you prefer, walking you can reach Piazza Castello / San Carlo in 20/25 min. In the neighborhood you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes). In the area there is no ZTL.
The apartment is organized as follows:

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline, balconies.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.
We are in the famous Quadrilatero Romano, a lively and residential neighborhood a stone's throw from the historic center of Turin. The main points of interest in the city are easily reachable on foot or by public transport (metro station: Principi D'Acaja). In just 20 minutes on foot (or 10 minutes by public transport) you can reach Piazza Castello, from which you can move comfortably towards Piazza San Carlo, the Egyptian Museum, the Mole and through the streets of the historic center. In the vicinity of the apartment we point out the Shroud Museum and the Basilica of Maria Ausiliatrice. The area is equipped with all services including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, cinemas. Comfortable Carrefour 24/7 at 400 meters, in via S. Donato.
- From the airport: Train to "Torino Dora" + 10N shuttle to Piazza Statuto (tot: 40/45 min)
- From Porta Susa Station: 10 minutes on foot
- From Porta Nuova Station: to the "XVIII December" metro station + 6 min on foot (tot. 15/20 min)

We are very close to the junction of Piazza Statuto, convenient for walking to the center and Porta Susa.
Metro Principi D'Acaja stop 5 minutes walk.
Bus stop 72 (Corso Beccaria) for Juventus Stadium and Reggia di Venaria, a 3-minute walk away.
The Turin Team member will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:

- between 9.30 pm and 11.00 pm: € 25
- between 23.00 and 24. 00: € 30
- after 24.00: € 40

Please note that at the time of check-in you will be asked to pay the tourist tax (provided by the Municipality of Turin) for an amount equal to: 2.30 euros per person per night.
