Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Come stay in this deluxe 2 story 5 bedroom 4 bath townhome. Located on North Padre. Only a short drive to the beach .. Several restaurants in the area. The resort has a great kids pool and playground and a large family pool.
Private sitting area outside with a grill. Home has cable tv and internet along with its own full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Master 1 has a king size bed with large flat screen tv
Master 2 has a king size bed with flat screen tv
Bedroom 3 has a full size bed with flat screen tv
Bedroom 4 has 2 twin bunk beds and 1 trundle bed and a large flat screen tv
Bedroom 5 has a twin/full bunk bed with a trundle bed with a flat screen tv and Xbox
Living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a twin bed with a twin rollout along with a large flat screen tv and arcade game with over 200 games.

Highly recommend this listing. Awesome pool for the family with grills to bbq. Close to the beach. Amazing response from the host was available within minutes for answers to my questions. Will be back!

Both, ourselves and our family had such an amazing time at this rental. The hostess was amazing and accommodating, and very responsive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable . The rental provided us with all that we needed throughout the week such towels, utensils, toiletries, etc. We would totally recommend this place!! thanks again to our gracious host, Elaine

A Spacious Home for a Large Family Gathering!Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we really appreciated how close the property was to the beach — just a short drive away. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for kids to play and the adults to relax after a day out. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Decided to make a much needed stop before school starts, and it was definitely worth it. Elaine as always was absolutely fantastic, so responsive with everything. Place was great again, very clean, the amenities were great. 10/10 will be back again soon!

We had a great time staying at this townhome! There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space to stretch out and relax. The home was clean and beautiful! Elaine, the property manager, was great and responsive to requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicely kept spacious townhouse. Included amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. Welcomed proximity to the beach making the transit back and forth very convenient. Host was very respectful, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Excellent place for larger groups.

It was the perfect house for our family. We had an issue with our air conditioning and called Elaine. She had it taken care of before we returned from the beach. It was a very nice well stocked house in a great location. I hope we can make it a yearly trip.

We had an amazing time celebrating family! My daughter announced that our family will be growing with a new babe due in Feb 2026! Loved the fact that there were 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! With a large family, this was truly a must have! Lol

Overall was a good getaway the Location was great, bedrooms were very accommodating for our family, some beds were not as comfy as the others. Had a little electrical breaker mishap but, nothing too serious. Didn’t get to enjoy the Arcade game & Xbox though, kiddos were kinda disappointed we couldn’t get them to work. However we distracted them with the pool, beach & an evening at the Surf Yard. Our host Ms Elaine was very nice, very attentive to our needs, making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Good stay!

The house has a great layout and was good for a large group. Location was convenient and quiet. The cleanliness of the home could use some improvements and the hot water didn’t work upstairs but with 2 showers downstairs it was manageable. Overall a good stay!

Nice stay for the price

It was our end of the school year trip for 13 teachers and we had a great time! Everyone had a bed to sleep in! 4 full bathrooms. Great communication with the owner. Close to the beach! Few minor maintenance things but nothing that needed assistance while we were there! Pool was nice too!
