"Rincon" is Poolside and Across the Street from the Beach!

Rincon is located at one of North Padre Island's newest resorts, Padre Beach View. This resort is located across the street from Whitecap beach. Rincon is a corner unit and is one of only 5 units on the pool.

The first floor is an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with oversized granite island. Half bath on first floor. Full size washer and dryer on first floor. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs along with a loft area. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony that has an AMAZING view of the beach. One guest bedroom also has a balcony that overlooks the pool. There is a TV in every bedroom, in the loft area and in the living room. Cable and wifi are provided. There is an L shaped patio outside that wraps around the unit. One side of the patio faces the pool. There are 2 picnic tables and plenty of chairs on the patio.

The large salt water communal pool is heated during the winter. One side of the pool is a shallow shelf so the kids or adults can lounge in the water. Sit in the shade at one of the picnic tables or in a chair around the pool deck. Charcoal bar b que pits are available around the pool area. The beach is right across the street, an easy walk. This unit has 2 reserved parking spaces.
