Come enjoy our spacious, multi-level oceanfront condo with its gorgeous views and access to pristine Amelia Island beaches! 1108 Beach Walker Villa is convenient to the seashore, an expansive renovated pool, miles of walking/biking trails, and wonderful dining and shopping options.

Located within the gated Amelia Island Plantation, this property gives you special access to the AIP community's beloved 1,340-acre paradise. Find inspiration in the peaceful maritime forests, tidal salt marshes, and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are conveniently offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. You can also make the drive north into the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach to explore the charming shops and dining options. Various state parks are within a short 15-minute drive too, including Ft. Clinch and Talbot Island State Parks.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is the perfect setting for a beach getaway and has been beautifully decorated and well-stocked. Plus, it's pet friendly (details below) so you don't have to leave your fur baby at home! All of this for a great rate!

For the golfer, there are courses right on the Plantation as well as mid- and north island. For the adventurer, excursions are available through the nearby Omni nature center and there are opportunities to kayak, surf, sail, and boat with many vendors on the island. When finishing a great day, come back to the condo and enjoy the complimentary high-speed WiFi and watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TVs.

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.

*Please note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

**Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenitiesā€ (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. We loved the short walk to the beach and the walking and bike paths. We also loved that everything you needed was accessible from the entrance at the Omni. Restaurants, a wine shop, a breakfast bar, etc. We will be back again For sure!

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in March. Though the extremely windy weather did not cooperate much for the beach or pool we had an awesome time on the property with its amazing location. The campus is vast and there are so many walking and biking trails. So pretty! For young families there is much to do with the Nature Center, mini golf and bicycles to rent. The shops and restaurants on campus are a great amenity.The unit has gorgeous views, was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We would love to come back to this property in the future.

Enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and updated. We liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Directions should be followed exactly as it is very confusing to find initially. The name listed on the condo is the only inaccuracy. Communication was good when I reached out to ask questions. Plenty of amenities!

Beautiful view plus great location

Reservation and check were completely smooth. The condo is direct ocean front and the view over the dunes to the ocean was very nice. The walking trails around the unit are fabulous as well as the beach and pool area. There are dining options within an easy walk as well. The unit has been updated nicely including the baths, flooring, bedding and super plush towels. Internet was fast and the TV was very easy to work. Kitchen was nicely appointed with all a full set of tableware and dishes. Nice coffee options as well. Furniture was comfortable and roomy. Several outlets have been updated with USB ports as well. The king bed is firm. The queen bed is more plush. We did not sleep in the room with the twin beds. The unit is three levels, so guest need to be able to go up and down the stairs to get to the bathrooms and bedrooms. There were a few items which need some attention. The front door does not have a dead bolt, the locking mechanism is in need of repair. If the sliders to the patio are open and the ocean breezes come through, the front door can open. The freezer handle is very loose and you need to pull the freezer open using the sides of the drawer, the patio slider handle is very loose which needs repair. The unit is overall clean, however attention could be added to the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Overall, I highly recommend this unit as a wonderful place to stay while enjoying all that Amelia Island has to offer !

The property was great with a tremendous location. The condo itself is in dire need of some TLC. Looks like the current owners bought it in 2019 but it definitely hasn't been updated in over 20yrs (curtains are from the 70s) and looked like it hasn't been painted in over 10yrs and it desperately needed a deep clean. There were dirt/cobwebs older than my youngest teen! Also, the front door sill looked like the door had been broken into or kicked in at some point which didn't give me the warmest feeling, but the property overall seemed very safe and the view/location can't be beat!

Nice property but the parking area is under construction, there was little to no parking available. The condo is nice but the beds are not very comfortable. Great pool area.

Not too big not too small updated unit. Great views. Close to the pool and beach. Furnishings updated since these photos. Very cute and beachy. Perfect for 6 people. Elevator takes you to level of 4-level unit. Each level has 1/2 flight of stairs. Easy to navigate. Beach chairs, beach towels, Keurig, small appliances, W/D, lots of bath towels, very comfortable. Property managers very responsive. Highly recommend!

Fernandino Beach vacation

The apartment was exactly as described--well-equipped, comfortable and bright with a lovely view of the ocean. The boardwalk (itself well-designed) was a short walk to the beach which was fabulous. Glad to have the pool as an option as rip currents prevented swimming this weekend! Beach Walker villas sit amid a lovely well-landscaped estate. Though a bit difficult to find on our arrival due to poor signage, we soon got the feel of the place and made daily trips to town for shopping, browsing and dining. Our eating out experiences were note-worthy. All in all the apartment should be top-rated as a vacation getaway base. It is immaculately clean, has everything one needs for relaxing, cooking at home and enjoying the beach. Many thanks for a great vacation

Lovely location, ageing property

Prior to our arrival, we were contacted by phone by property management to advise us of a leak in a wall. They were very conciliatory and conscientious in working with us to deal with the issue, which involved an opening in one wall of the living room and a couple of days of living with fans and a dehumidifier. More to the point, the cleaning of the unit prior to our arrival was substandard and much of the furniture is getting old. Again, the property managers were very concerned, and crews can be hard to oversee. The repair people were very prompt and reliable. The building and the grounds are great, as is the proximity to the beach and the very well maintained pool. All in all, we had a very nice stay.

February Month Stay

The view and area are beautiful. The unit itself is nice but tired and needs some updates. It is smaller than the pictures would lead you to believe. But plenty of space just a little disappointment at first entry. It is a quad level(1.Entry & laundry 2.Main living & Kitchen 3. Two Bedrooms 4.Master bedroom). The views from the unit are beautiful and you can hear and feel the ocean from the main area patio. The view from the master bedroom is pretty awesome ... however the windows are inoperative and need repair. Shame you can't open the windows to let the ocean into the space. While the unit is "pet friendly" the pool area which has the only outdoor eating space is off limits to pets as was pointed out to us by a board member in the fourth week of our stay. There is a new no pets sign:). Had a nice fresh seafood BBQ anyway just cut a little short. The grills are charcoal and BIG by the pool area. The kitchen needs some help, the refrigerator drawer if broken, doors hard to close and open. The knives are bad, you should bring your own chef knife if you plan to do any cooking. Pans and dishes are okay. Bed comfort is adiquate but could be better. I worked from the unit and the internet was good most of the time but I ran into performance issues at different points in the day. I'm no expert but feel the problem was bigger than the unit? They sent a technician to look at it and made some cabling changes which worked for a little while. All in all I was successful with times of low performance where I had to turn off my VPN to video conference.... The walk to the beach and the beach are a special kind of beautiful. The city of Fernandina Beach and the surrounding area are beautiful.... The positives definitely out weight the negatives. Would stay again for sure hope to see this unit get some needed love an improvements.... We were told the stairs were being updated which would be good, hope they get to that bedroom window too. The property management team Ryan and team were awesome very responsive. Mellisa the caretaker was vey nice and really took special care of the building and the grounds. Enjoyed our February stay even with the cool and rainy weather it was nice an quiet with several days of sun as well.
