We loved the location and it was only a short walk to the beach. We loved all of the beach toys provided by the host. We would love to stay here again.

Outstanding condo! It was as nice as the photos shown in the vrbo advertisement. Very close walk to the beach, just a couple of minutes.

Great Spot

Had a great Memorial Day weekend there. Unit was clean and listing accurately represented the experience. I'd stay there again.

Excellent Accomodations

We will definitely stay here again. We visit the area twice a year and this area and loved everything about this rental. It was well kept, clean, easy to locate and check in.

Awesome location and place

This was a great getaway for our family of five. Fully equipped and short jaunt to a beautiful beach as well as pool. We will definitely consider coming back!

Great Location

Great location and amenities. Close to the beach and pool. Quiet neighborhood and a bit of a drive to town but there is grocery and shopping close by. Condo was clean and well appointed.

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a wonderful week in Amelia Island with my Husband, Kids and Parents! The area was quaint, quiet, good food and the beach was PERFECT! We went into downtown Amelia Island's historic district, lovely shops and restaurants! The condo was in a great location and was perfect for my family and I! Highly Recommend this location and vacation spot for family with young kids!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was a last minute find for us since our previous rental ended up having a leak in the bathroom and ceiling. It was a very easy booking process and there was plenty of space for my family of 4. The property was also very close to the pool, and was very clean. We had a wonderful trip!

Very clean and comfortable! Communication was amazing and prompt . Accurate description. It was so helpful to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys.

Thanks to the Destination Amelia team for a great getaway. Perfect condo, spectacular quiet beach only steps away, and a lovely Centre street to visit. Process was exceptionally smooth and location a must return for us I’m the future.

Gorgeous stay!

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the beach every day. Pool was wonderful and it was super easy to get around. Even enjoyed drinks at the Ritz Carlton! Highly recommend for families. Home was perfect.l and all the little touches we're great. My kids loved everything - especially the Monopoly game!

Great place

Excellent location! I was surprised about all of the items available for use - things that I generally have to bring with me! The condo was very well stocked with everything you could need and more. 100% will stay again.

Summer Beach 308

The property is easy to navigate and has sun as well as shady areas. There were many young families with children and grandparents on vacation. It suited our needs very well.

2008 Beach Wood

Great property close to a lot of amenities and a short walk to the beach. Could use some updating but overall a beachy vibe. Kitchen was well equipped for any and all meals.

We are so happy to hear that in spite of your last-minute property switch your family still had a great vacation! This property you originally booked, 308 Sailmaker, is beautiful and we wish there had not been complex maintenance scheduled by the association for your trip dates so you could have stayed here as intended! We are glad our Destination Amelia office team was able to move you to one of our other 80 vacation rentals on the south end of Amelia Island. You are right that this new property option, 2008 Beach Wood, is also a great spot and very well equipped. Perfect Spot

The condo was very nice, great location and perfect spot for collaboration and strategizing. We met to get some much needed work completed and relax when we could. I would definitely recommend
