The fully renovated kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, dishwasher, and both large and small appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to family dinners after a day on the boardwalk. The updated bathroom, hardwood flooring, and central air conditioning provide comfort and convenience throughout your stay.



Outside, you'll find plenty of room to gather with a spacious stone backyard featuring a gas grill, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. A private patio just off the living room provides another comfortable space to enjoy morning coffee or relax with family and friends in the evening. Off-street parking lets you leave the car behind and explore Seaside Heights on foot.



One of the best features of this home is its unbeatable location. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away, along with Casino Pier amusement rides, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go-karts, boat and WaveRunner rentals, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, shopping, and nightlife. Throughout the summer, you'll also enjoy seasonal events like beach concerts and movie nights, making this an ideal destination for guests of all ages.



Need additional space? Two additional apartments in this building can be rented together with this unit, making it a great option for larger families or groups. For even bigger gatherings, we also own the neighboring multi-family property. Contact us for availability and group accommodations.



IMPORTANT: Seaside Heights has very strict guidelines and regulations. Please contact us prior to booking so that we can understand more about your group that is coming. We must approve each reservation to ensure we are complying with Seaside Height's rules Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.

Guest Access:

You have a private entrance to the unit, so arrivals and departures are entirely on your schedule. Pets are welcome.



The Neighborhood:

Walk out the door and you are steps from the beach and the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Casino Pier — with its full lineup of rides — is right there, as is Breakwater Beach Waterpark. Mini golf, go-karts, arcades, and waverunner rentals are all within easy reach on foot.

When you are ready to eat or grab a coffee, the boardwalk and surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars. Summer nights often bring movies on the beach, a short walk from your door.

If you are traveling with a larger group, two additional units on the same property are available, and the house next door (also managed by the same host) can accommodate even more guests. Reach out to inquire about booking multiple units together.



Other Things to Note:

• No linens or towels are provided. You must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

• Age requirement: You must be 21 or older to book. Per local ordinance, someone 21 or older must be present for the entire stay •

Group policy: Groups without parents or children traveling together must contact the host prior to booking.

• Garbage and recycling: Guests are required to follow the property's garbage and recycling schedule, which will be provided at check-in.
