Balcony, outdoor shower and grill, off street parking for 2 cars. and 6 beach badges (as long as is available), backyard with covered patio.

Families only NO groups no parties. No one under 28 years old may rent the unit.

To protect the safety of our guests we have surveillance in the common hallway outside the units and the exterior of the house.

During Memorial Day weekend and June there is a 3 day minimum.
During July and August there is a 7 day minimum stay and the weeks start on Saturdays.

Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed prior to guest check in.
