3 story bayside home with its own beach. Great location. Private residential area, yet close to Everything. Due to unique location, one of only a hand full of homes on the island with views of both the Bay and the Ocean. Three (3) good sized bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bedroom has its own distinct views. The practical - high speed internet, separate work and entertainment areas, smart-tv’s, water and elec by the dock, plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.

Specifics: Downstairs - Large Beach - with plenty of room for volleyball or paddle ball. Covered Beachside bar and dining area, large hot tub, private outdoor shower, BBQ area, and pool table. 120 foot dock that extends out into the Bay. Great for fishing and with dockage for up to a 28 ft boat.

Second Floor - Living Room, Dining Room, and 2 bedrooms - each with large covered balconies - one facing the Bay and the other the Ocean.

Third Floor - Large bedroom with bath and desk - with balcony facing the Ocean and very large terrace facing the Bay. Fantastic for soaking in the rays, sunset cocktails with friends, or star gazing at night.

This is a special place in a great location. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Snorkeling, and Fishing right from the property. Great bone fishing across the street. Very popular beach and sand bar around the corner and easily accessible by kayak or boat. Boat, Jet Ski and Bike rentals very close by.

The best thing about the keys and this place is that you can do all that stuff I mentioned, and with great restaurants, bars, etc , all very close by. Or, you can just lay in the hammock by the beach, take another sip of that margarita, listen to some tunes and ask yourself... do I really ever want to leave this place.
