The building consists of two floors. The one offered for rent is the first.
Each floor has differentiated access from the street. The access, in both cases, consists of a door of people and another motorized vehicle.
The house is completely renovated. It is large and very bright since it is totally exterior. Its renovation took into account the protection of the weather (always double glazing and waterproofing of the outer cavities of the walls and roof with polyurethane foam). We have two air conditioners.
The rooms are: dining room - living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with terrace) and 2 bathrooms.

The garden of 300 m2 is totally private. There is front parking area and side and rear area with lawn. The garden is very sunny, but it also has trees that provide areas of thick shade.
You can eat in the garden; we have pergola with furniture, we also have barbecue.
The house is fully equipped. For children of 1 year or less, we have a cot and also a chair (high chair) to eat, in both cases without cost.
A young child would not be counted as a person in the general calculation of the number of clients, provided that after materializing the reservation they contact the property to review the case.
Other considerations to highlight:
1) Information for guests with a vehicle: The parking space inside the house is an option with cost. The street parking spaces are in the blue payment area between April and October.
2) The maintenance of the garden is carried out periodically, with prior notice.
3) In the garden it is not allowed to play football or play sports. It is necessary to make a compatible use with the existing vegetation and especially the grass.
3) The fireplace in the dining-living room and the wooden garden house are for private use.
