The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and includes a television. The second bedroom benefits from a panoramic window, 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. This floor also includes 2 additional shower rooms with WC and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find a living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace used solely for decorative purposes, as well as satellite TV. A third bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The lower ground floor is characterised by small, high-placed windows. In addition to the main house, a small detached house is available on the property, comprising a combined living and sleeping room along with a kitchenette. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separate properties.
