The fully fenced grounds extend across 1,300 m2 of lush lawn and mature trees, creating a serene and secluded atmosphere ideal for a relaxing stay. A private swimming pool of 46 m2, with a depth of 150 cm and an unconventional shape, is available seasonally from 13 May to 30 September, providing the perfect setting for leisurely summer days. The yard surrounding the property is thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained, offering ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Inside the house, guests benefit from internet Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay. Parking is conveniently available directly at the property for up to 3 cars, accessible via a 100-metre unmade road with full motor access.

This spacious vacation rental spans 200 square metres across 2 levels, offering a well-thought-out layout that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the main house features a dining room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped for everyday cooking. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and includes a television. The second bedroom benefits from a panoramic window, 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private shower with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. This floor also includes 2 additional shower rooms with WC and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find a living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace used solely for decorative purposes, as well as satellite TV. A third bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The lower ground floor is characterised by small, high-placed windows. In addition to the main house, a small detached house is available on the property, comprising a combined living and sleeping room along with a kitchenette. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separate properties.

Air conditioning is available in the dining room and in one of the ground floor bedrooms, keeping the living spaces cool during warmer months. Entertainment is well catered for, with a television in one of the bedrooms and satellite TV in the lower ground floor living area. The outdoor spaces are equally well furnished, featuring a roofed terrace complete with terrace furniture, 8 deck chairs, and a barbecue, all with a pleasant view of the swimming pool. A washing machine is available for guests requiring laundry facilities during longer stays. The property also welcomes pets, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted on the premises. The property operates as a strictly non-smoking house, and this rule applies throughout all indoor areas of both the main house and the detached unit.
