Hosting four bedrooms; one super-king-size with en-suite shower room, one double with en-suite shower room and two twins, sleeping a total of eight guests and a family bathroom. It has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside provides an enclosed patio terrace area with furniture and a decking area with ample off-road parking nearby. Garden House is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the heart of Devonshire countryside.

Indoor shared facilities: heated indoor swimming pool (30ft x 18ft, 3ft deep), changing rooms, showers and WCs, sauna and steam rooms, children’s soft-cushion indoor playroom, table football, toy shed, and indoor leisure spa open daily from 8:00am-8:00pm. Outdoor shared facilities; heated outdoor swimming pool (34ft x 22ft, 3ft – 6ft deep) open daily subject to weather from last Bank Holiday in May to second week of September, sunbathing terrace, hot tub, tennis court (championship size) with complimentary racquets and balls, basketball net on tennis court, boules court, wooden swings, children’s adventure playground, 14-acres of grounds with footpaths to surrounding countryside and pubs.
