Loft-style house in Provence, surrounded by nature

Former miners' house completely renovated, loft style, with very high ceilings. You can enjoy the whole house of 130 m2 and its garden of 1300 m2.
In summer, you can bathe in the swimming pool, sunbathe on sunbathings and use all the terraces of the house (4 in number).
There are many shaded areas, a barbecue area, a space for children with swings and slide.
The house is air conditioned.
There is also a fireplace for winter evenings.

The house is in a green setting, surrounded by trees for a change of scenery.
It is fully equipped, we live there when we are not on vacation.
You will find there a dishwasher, a washing machine, all the robots and various machines to be able to cook.
The house is naturally air conditioned in summer thanks to its thick walls, on cool nights (lots of vegetation around) which is very pleasant but if necessary there is air conditioning.

The house is located in a small hamlet in the commune of Saint-Savournin. There is no public transport around. But 5 minutes by car, you will find everything you need: supermarket, small traders, restaurants, caterer, adventure park for children (Le bois des Lutins).
The house is a central point for visiting the region. The main tourist cities (Marseille, Aix en Provence, Cassis, La Ciotat) are less than 30 minutes away.
The sea and the beach are also about 30 minutes away.
There is a parking space in front of the house. Possibility to park very easily outside or in the garden.

You can go on foot from the house for many hikes or mountain bike trails.
Right above the house you have a magnificent view of Sainte-Victoire
