The villa spans 200 sq.m. and comfortably accommodates 8 guests in four spacious en-suite bedrooms and up to 10 if needed, making it ideal for families or groups.
While enjoying the villas inviting outdoor spaces, youre just 2 km from the nearest beach and shops, and only 12 km from the charming Rethymno Old Town, offering the perfect balance of countryside living and easy access to local attractions.
