Unit Layout

"Casal di Yuri" is a charming 6-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, covering a total surface area of 150 m2 and accommodating up to 8 guests. The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all decorated with rustic and tasteful furnishings that lend the home a warm and characterful atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the main living and dining area is anchored by an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with a direct exit leading to the terrace. A second living and dining space, also featuring an open-hearth fireplace, opens onto the garden. This floor includes 3 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and has an adjoining bath/WC; the second also features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm; and the third is equipped with 2 single beds. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level and opens onto the terrace. A shower/WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.

On the upper floor, a fourth bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and is served by a dedicated shower/WC. Please be aware that 1 double bedroom is situated outside the main apartment, with its own external access and private shower/WC. Depending on the number of guests, not all bedrooms will be available for use, and when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying, one floor will not be accessible. When booking at the rate for 6 persons, the double room with external access and shower/WC will not be available. When booking at the rate for 4 persons, both the double room with external access and shower/WC and 1 bedroom on the ground floor will not be available.
