Completely renovated in 2008, surrounded by tall trees, it offers every kind of comfort, the possibility of a relaxing stay in the green of the surrounding countryside or by the pool, acting as a starting point for many excursions. Ideal for families or small groups, you can rent the whole structure or part of it even for short periods by agreement. Perfekter Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser riesigen Unterkunft mit dem gigantischen Anwesen war einfach spitze. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Fam. Gabellini ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die sehenswerten Orte wie Rom oder den Strand oder auch den Hafen von Civiteveccia ist mit dem Auto ca.1 Std. entfernt, jedoch auch alles gut zu erreichen. Der Pool des Anwesens ist das absolute Highlight gewesen, schön wäre es noch wenn das Poollicht funktioniert hätte. Das ist jedoch nur eine ganz minimale Kritik. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt und bleibt uns lange in Erinnerung. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub nit Freunden oder Gruppe machen möchte, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Ein großes Dankeschön an Familie Gabellini das sie uns in ihrem Anwesen als Urlauber willkommen geheißen haben.

Viel Platz zum Erholen und Abschalten

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietern war super unkompliziert! Wir haben auch jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps bekommen! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal! Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht oder einfach mal abschalten möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Sommerurlaub mit der familie

Wir waren mit drei Geschwister-Partner und Kinder in diesem Ferienhaus. Leider ist es das erste mal das ich eine schlechte bewertung geben muß weil ich eigentlich nie so pingelig bin. Das Haus war nicht sauber leider überall spinnennetze wo die Kinder sich natürlich oft erschrocken haben wir mussten alles den ersten tag selber reinigen, die zimmer sind nicht so ganz richtig mit den betten wie in der buchung. Die Besitzer sind ganz nett da kann ich nichts zu sagen sie waren sehr freundlich. Wenn mann natürluch mit 10 leuten im haus ist wird viel gemacht man darf nicht Elektrogeräte zusammen einschalten dann funktioniert garnichts mehr. Gläser und besteck sind nicht viel in der küche und alles ist mit Gas also auch der ofen !!! Keine Filterkaffeemaschiene verfügbar keine mikrowelle. Haben das Grill draussen ausprobiert ungelogen hat 4 bis 5 stunden gedauert leider auch viel zu klein für so viele besucher. Es müsste ein bischen was erneuert werden im Haus. Wenn man in den räumen ist riechtves extrem nach Feuchtigkeit auch die bettwäsche und handtücher icv kam da garnicht mit klar und wir waren knapp 2 wochen da. Das pool hat man in den 13 tagen nur 1 mal gereinigt also 10 personen waren da jeden tag drinn schwimmen mal tat der filter mal nicht also fast jeden tag selber den dreck oben weggemacht. Die lage ist sehr abgelegen aber man kommt schnell überall hin und Rom ist nur 1 stunde entfernt.

Bella e rilassante vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bella casa di Andrea, grande ed accogliente con un bellissimo e grande giardino. Attrezzata di tutto punto. Il posto è ben collegato a Roma dal treno, a due passi da diversi siti archeologici interesanti. La piscina è un plus che ci ha consentito di scampare alla calura di questa estate rovente. Unico neo, la piscina dovrebbe essere dotata di robottino pulisci fondo per consentire di mantenere la pulizia costante. Per me/noi il voto è 9

Soggiorno in famiglia

La proprietà è molto accogliente, non nuovissima c'è una zona living molto grande all'interno. La cucina dotata di tutte le attrezzature, forno pazzesco! Porticato molto comodo con un tavolo bellissimo all'esterno. Parco intorno alla casa molto grande senza nessun pericolo per i bambini, pace e tranquillità. Piscina vicinissima alla casa e tenuta molto bene e pulita.

Rummelig velfungerende hus med dejlig poolområde

Der har været virkelig god kommunikation med udlejer. De var meget behjælpelige og svarede hurtigt tilbage. Huset emmer af hjemlig hygge. Vi var to familier afsted og huset fungerede som en god ramme for en dejlig ferie. Haven er kæmpe stor og virkelig dejlig at lege i. Vi og børnene var vilde med poolområdet. Godt der er skygge rundt om huset, når der ikke er aircondition i huset.

Soggiorno rilassante e divertente

Consiglio vivamente a tutti di affittare almeno una volta questo casale! Gli ampi spazi interni, la comodità dei tanti bagni presenti, l'ampio giardino e la piscina rendono il soggiorno veramente rilassante e divertente. La famiglia è stata disponibile e flessibile anche per il orari del check-in e del checkout. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wonderful stay at Civita Castellana

We had a very nice stay at Civita Castellana. The communication with the house owner was very good. A very nice house, like the pictures, in a quiet area. Supermarket is easily accessible by bicycle. A clean house fully equipped and a nice swimming pool. We had a very enjoyable stay and would reccomend it to everyone.

Beautiful house,lots of space

Easy to book, lovely owner, the house really is a home from home lots of character. We did possibly go in the hottest week in August, temperatures were around 36 degrees so air con would have been nice but thats the only thing I would have liked.Otherwise a stunning house lots and lots of space for a big group the pool is amazing thanks Andrea

Un bellissimo casale sia dentro che fuori, ben organizzato e curato. Abbiamo appena trascorso un divertente week end in 3 coppie con figli e cane : ) Tutti entusiasti dell'esperienza, spazi interni ed esterni ideali per la condivisione ed il divertimento di grandi e piccoli, non vediamo l'ora di tornare con il caldo per usare anche la piscina! Nei dintorni piacevoli passeggiate nella natura e in borghi suggestivi. Grazie ai proprietari che sono veramente gentili e accoglienti.

Un soggiorno piacevolissimo

Abbiamo affittato per un intero week end questa fantastica casa, si caratterizza per ampi spazi comuni da utilizzare in gruppo camere comode,pulite e ognuna attrezzata da un suo bagno. Il parco esterno merita un giudizio ultra positivo, curato, pulito e bellissimo. Nelle belle giornate abbiamo potuto mangiare esternamente utilizzando il bellissimo portico che da sul giardino. Perfetta soluzione per ogni occasione sia in estate dove il caldo delle belle giornate viene alleviato da un bel bagno in piscina, sia in autunno/inverno dove il calore del grande camino nel salone fa compagnia a bellissime giornate di relax. Torneremo sicuramente 😊

Great holidays

We were a group of young people who had great relaxing holidays. The house was totally fine and clean. Everything we needed was found nearby. The owners were really openminded and friendly and helped us if help was needed. The house is in a calm area without any near neighbours so you can't annoy anyone by hearing loud music :D We would repeat the vacation!

soggiorno da favola

abbiamo soggiornato varie volte in strutture simili ma in questa occasione abbiamo riscontrato un livello di eccellenza raro : spazi ampi e ottimamente attrezzati (cucina soggiorno piscina), pulizia ineccepibile, amplissime aree esterne per far giocare i bambini e ideali anche per soggiorno con cani, angolo barbecue, numero adeguato di bagni con acqua calda sempre disponible e funzionante (cosa non scontata) e dettagli piacevoli come un impianto stereofonico con dotazione di cd di vario genere e la disponibilità di una dotazione di base generosa. Il tutto impreziosito dalla gentilezza dei proprietari. Tra l'altro la zona è ottimamente fruibile per chi voglia fare una corsa mattutina in strade non trafficate o una passeggiata in bici fino alla vicina Civita Castellana, dove oltre a visitare pregevoli chiese e il castello sono disponibli anche campi da tennis. Suggeriamo vivamente a famiglie o gruppi che vogliano godere degli spazi giusti.

Great house, garden and surroundings

It is a great house with lots of space for 8 people. Great garden and BBQ and the swimming pool is also large and good to swim. Great towns and lakes all within the most 1 hour (Rome, lake Bolsena etc). It was a great 2 weeks!

exceptional guests, throughout the stay there was an excellent relationship with them. For us it was really a pleasure to host them and give them suggestions on what to see in the area. have returned the house in perfect condition. we hope to have them back next year!

Beautiful place, landscape, large garden

We had a great time in the villa. It is a very large house that can easily welcome 10 guests. Perfect for the summer as the house is always fresh (no AC required), with a very large garden with plenty of shades and a swimming pool. Our guests Andrea and his father were very helpful in every possible way. Rome is close by and always a pleasure to visit. However, a couple of things were annoying : the fuse box was troublesome at times, and the swimming pool was not crystal clear in the last days, probably due to unusual stormy weather. All in all, we had a great time.

Praktisk og ugenert beliggende sommerhus på landet

Dejligt hus der dannede rammen om en skøn ferie i Italien. Huset havde værelser nok til os alle ti med eget bad og toilet, skønt! Især skal fremhæves den store pool der lå lidt væk fra huset. Men også den kæmpestore grund med store træer der om aftenen blev oplyst af spot, var med til at gøre ferien super god. Den nærmeste Hurra (købmand) lå ca. 1,5 km fra huset hvilket var en acceptabel afstand i bil. Værterne, Viviana og Andrea, var også meget venlige og serviceminded. På trods af toiletter af noget svingende kvalitet og en port der først åbnede efter 5. forsøg, så indfriede huset vores forventninger til fulde. Dog kan vi anbefale Viviana og Andrea at rekvirere et fodboldbord og måske anlægge en lille fodboldbane :) De bedste anbefalinger Familien BB og Christensen

The photos do not do this villa justice it is really a great property in a lovely setting.

Andrea was really helpful before and during our stay with advice and help whenever we needed it. The villa was comfy and well maintained throughout we had 10 people and there was plenty of room. The outside area is lush green and away from it all. The pool area was great. Overall it was a great holiday in a lovely area with everything you will need close by but also far enough away to relax. Was a great 8 days

Great indoor and outdoor space

My family and I had a wonderful 2 week holiday here. There was lots of space for the 8 adults and 3 children to relax, cook, eat and socialise in. We spent a lot of time by the pool and really enjoyed this area. We appreciated the fact that the owners brought us more pool loungers after we requested these to cater for our large party. The gardens were extensive and there was lots of shade and hazelnut and fig trees as well as an old tractor which provided entertainment for the children. I particularly enjoyed the hammock! The shaded patio area was perfect for al fresco dining and just outside the kitchen. There was also a large dining area inside in the central room which had lots of comfy seating. The bedrooms were comfortable and were all en suite with extra bedding available. However, there was no mid-holiday clean provided so if you wanted fresh bedding you needed to do this yourself. I would have preferred if the house had been cleaned and bedding changed after the first week. We were disappointed to find that the train to Rome was not running from the nearby station due to track works. However we drove to the nearest Rome metro stop,Montebello (40 minutes away) and got the metro from there which worked well. There were lots of beautiful towns and lakes to visit nearby which everyone in our party enjoyed visiting. We would particularly recommend Calcata, a hilltop town 20 minutes drive away. The owner and his family were very welcoming and friendly which enhanced our stay even more. I would happily go back.

fantastische woning

We are welcomed by the very nice family. The house is really comfortable. There are many rooms with each a bathroom. The kitchen is large and has all you need. Outside is a covered terras or you can eat unther the big trees. We liked the beautiful garden very much. The swimmingpool is nice and clean. Really a holiday to remember !

Fantastic family holiday property

We had a wonderful holiday in this house with our four children aged 8-17. The property is very spacious, elegantly designed yet informal and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The gardens and swimming pool are fantastic and we spent most of the time at the house relaxing and enjoying the lovely pool. The area is great and we really liked the ancient town of Civita Castellana. The house was a very easy 75 minute drive from the airport and only 10 minutes from a train-station which allowed us to take a fast train into central Rome for sightseeing. The Owners are charming and we would all happily go again! and bring our friends

Fantastisk italiansk villa med god beliggendhed.

Vi ankom til den mest fantastiske villa vi turde håbe på. Kom om aftenen. Villaen var ren og pæn. Om morgenen da vi åbnede døre og vinduer ud til haven mødte der os et dejligt syn. Stor ugenert have med dejligt pool område. Tæt på Rom og mange andre små hyggelige byer. Tæt på supermarked. Udlejeren kom og tog imod os midt om natten og var i det hele taget meget hjælpsom med mange ting. Villaen har alt hvad man behøver. Vi håber at vende tilbage.
