This luxury detached home is based in the Welsh village of Llanbedrog and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.
Argraig is a large, luxury property resting in Llanbedrog on the Llŷn Peninsula of Gwynedd. Hosting six bedrooms: a ground floor king-size with en-suite shower room, two zip/link doubles and a shower room as well as a first-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, two twin rooms and a bathroom; this cottage can sleep up to twelve guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area, as well as a second sitting room. To the outside is a wraparound patio with barbecue and private hot tub, in addition to a small lawned area and off-road parking for four cars. Argraig is a spectacular cottage, fit for a memorable family holiday, any time of year.
Amenities: LPG central heating. Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Patio with hot tub and barbecue area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 200 meter. Beach 0.5 miles. Note: Driveway is steep, with alternative flat access to the property at the top. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £600 for this property
