Nice and cozy apartment two minutes walk from San Sebastián Beach in
Sitges. With capacity for 4 people and with a private patio.

This apartment, which has been recently renovated, consists of two
bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed that
can be transformed into a double bed. It has a bathroom with a shower
tray.

The cozy living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa and a
flat-screen TV, also has an integrated kitchen and is equipped with
everything you need for your stay (fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso
coffee machine...).

From the living room and from the secondary bedroom, you have access to
the private patio where you will find a good place to rest with all the
privacy in the center of Sitges.

The house has air conditioning and ducted heating, and high-speed WiFi
connection. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay
as comfortable as possible.

Just a few steps from the beach and the center of Sitges, full of
restaurants and shops.

* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16

* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
