The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, a dining table, and access to the garden. There is a separate WC on this level. The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, two with double beds each, and the third with a French bed (160 cm) and an ensuite shower/WC. This level also has a separate shower/WC with a double hand-basin. The top floor has a room with sloping ceilings, featuring 2 single beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), along with a separate WC. Gas heating is available throughout the villa.
