In our portion of an ancient eighteenth-century house, with its garden surrounded by old walls and a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside, you can enjoy peaceful family holidays, visiting beautiful cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca etc.) full of art, the most characteristic villages and many other interesting destinations (almost all reachable within an hour by car) including the nearby beaches and the beautiful Mediterranean coast, taking advantage of a beautiful exclusive swimming pool (open from June to September) surrounded by greenery and safe for your children when you return from your excursions...and why don't you try your hand at baking bread or pizza in our wood-burning oven?

We had a great time in Orciano Pisano. Cristiana and Claude are wonderful hosts. The equipment in the villa offers everything you need for cooking evenings together. It were particularly hot days during our stay and luckily the pool helped to cool us down.

We had a perfect stay in the most beautiful house with two families. The house is very spacious and it is equipped with everything you need. The pool is great and the view from the pool is just stunning. Cristiana and Claude are such lovely people. They live next door which is a big plus in case you need anything. We will definitely come back.

Very nice villa in a great location

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Spacious villa with its own charm. Equipped with everything you need. Great pool. Also ideal for dogs as it is completely fenced in. We really enjoyed our stay

Rustic Charm With Beautiful Views

Lovely rustic villa, secluded pool with beautiful views across the countryside. It was comparable to staying in a National Trust property. The hosts were lovely and immediately available to deal with any issues. We were also surprised with a beautiful homemade tart. A car is essential to get out and about.

Pleasant Holidays

We enjoyed two pleasant weeks ín Tuscany at the fattoria of Cristiana and Claude. The fattoria ist spacey an traditional with wonderful outlooks to the countryside. The pool is clean and safe for little children. In July it was very hot, a fan for the sleeping rooms would be helpful. Thank you.

The stay with Cris and Claude was great. From the welcome to the farewell, we were spoiled. The owners live next-door and are there whenever you wish for tips for trips, restaurants, etc. The house is a classic landhouse and beautiful in its style. Everything was present to relax and not think about anything else. Batteries reloaded. Thanks!

The Villa ist located in a beautiful setting in Tuscany. Everything is as the descripton. Claude and Christiana were always there for us and gave us great tips for excursions. They are wonderful hosts. We had a wonderful holiday with our children. Our dog enjoyed too. Everthing was perfect. I can only recommend this Villa. The house is absolutely beautiful and Christiana and Claude are wonderful hosts, living next door and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Any questions we had, just a quick WhatsApp and all was answered, including advice on where best to park for various cities such as Florence and Pisa. The pool was excellent and perfect for all 7 of us - a great size and so refreshing in the hot Tuscan sun. The kitchen was superbly furnished with everything needed and all the bedrooms were an excellent size. Having 3 bathrooms was brilliant and the fans in the bedrooms was a great touch - it gets very hot in the summer. We loved the age of the house and all its little quirks and idiosyncrasies. The CD collection was impressive and the grounds of the house were beautiful. Our youngest LOVED the pet tortoises roaming around - one even made his way into the house for a visit! All in all, I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. We stayed for a week as part of a road trip but we regretted not booking two weeks! Trips to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano etc are all in easy reach so a beautiful rural location in a perfect spot for sightseeing. Grazie mille, Christiana and Claude!

A gem

The short version: If you’re looking for paradise, you’ve found it. Period. The longer version: This place is a dream come true. The house feels like it’s straight out of a fairy tale. It’s an old Tuscan mansion, lovingly restored by the current owners with impeccable taste, care, and a deep respect for its history. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped. It’s only a three-minute drive from the village of Orciano Pisano, which boasts not one but two grocery stores, a bar, a butcher, a pharmacy, a gas station, and even a doctor, should you need one. What more could you ask for? The garden (or should I say: the park) is immaculately maintained. There’s plenty of space (and shade) to sit and read, admire the view, or play a game of badminton. The pool is completely private, surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants. It’s simply stunning! And last but not least, the hosts, Cristiana and Claude: wonderful people who are so discreet (they live next door) but incredibly kind, generous, and helpful if you need anything. Thank you so much for an amazing stay in your beautiful home!

Absolutely stunning!

We spent a week staying in this beautiful villa. Myself and my three daughters. I don't really know where to start with a review of such a fabulous property. I would definitely recommend you have a car if you want to stay here, but that is part of the attraction. Cristiana and Claude are the perfect hosts. Always available, should you need them, but so so discreet. The house is incredible. Walking around the many rooms you actually feel a part of history. Nothing contrived or bland about this villa! I would have been quite happy to have spent the whole week at the villa. Relaxing by the pool, sitting outside on the elegant garden furniture, marvelling at the astounding view. Or just trying to work my way through the varied and extensive CD collection. However, we had many days out....... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Volterra. I was nervous about driving in the bigger cities, so we drove to nearby train stations and then took the train into the city centre. Towards the end of our stay we experienced some dramatic thunder storms and Claude & Cristiana provided us with umbrellas, and Cristiana even baked us the most beautiful cake. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. A huge thank you to Claude & Cristiana and already looking forward to coming back.

Traumhaft !!ein absolutes Traum Objekt- sehr groß, gut ausgestattet- der Garten ist ein Park und der Pool einfach nur großartig- mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Hügel und die Natur! Die Gastgeber die besten , die man finden kann - sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich- tolle Terrasse, Sitzgelegenheit im Garten - perfekt!!

Alte Villa mit viel Charm und super nette Gastgeber

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Villa verbracht und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage abseits der Touristengebiete ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen. Die Villa liegt auf dem Land und ist dadurch sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Besitzer wohnen im selben Anwesen, aber in einem separaten Bereich und kümmern sich um den Garten und den Pool. Sie sind sehr diskret und helfen schnell bei Bedarf. Bei uns wurde sofort ein neuer Sonnenschirm und ein Grill organisiert, als es kleine Probleme gab. Das Haus ist ein charmantes Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit hohen Decken und großen Räumen. Es ist nicht hochmodern, aber genau das macht seinen Reiz aus. Man muss etwas auf die Stromlast achten, wenn mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig laufen, aber auch hier wurde uns sofort geholfen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Geschirr war nicht sauber, sodass wir es erst spülen mussten. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar, und wir können das Ferienhaus für alle empfehlen, die eine ruhige Auszeit suchen!

Schönes alte Villa mit Aussicht

Alte Villa mit schönem Garten und mit einem herrlichen Schwimmbad. In dem nahegelegenen kleinen Ort gibt es eine Bar, zwei kleine nette Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine wunderbare Macelleria. Die Gastgeber Christiana und Claude sind sehr nett, geben gute Tipps und sind unglaublich hilfsbereit.

Séjour exceptionnel en Toscane

Christiana et Claude sont deux hôtes exceptionnels, accueillants et attentifs à leurs locataires. Une très belle rencontre. La maison et son jardin sont magnifiques et très agréables. Très bien située, calme, à la campagne tout en étant proche de grandes villes avec plein de monuments et sites à visiter. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.

Wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub in traumhaftem Anwesen

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, sowohl für Besuche am Meer als auch Richtung Landesinnere. Die Gastgeber haben uns schon mit köstlichen Produkten der Region begrüßt und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir konnten gemütlich im Freien Essen und das kühle Haus ebenso genießen. Auch das Pool liegt sehr romantisch mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Der Garten ist ebenso sehr schön angelegt. Der Tischtennistisch lädt zu alternativen Beschäftigungen ein. Wir haben auch einige Fahrradausflüge unternommen, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Christiana & Claude.

Wunderschönes Haus, ganz nette, liebe Vermieter!

Wir hatten lange nach einem passenden Haus gesucht, da wir gerne mit der Familie und unserem Hund einen schönen Urlaub verbringen wollten. Christiana und Claude sind ganz liebe Menschen. Sie wohnen direkt nebenan, sind aber sehr diskret und helfen immer gerne. Das Haus ist rustikal und hat sehr viel Charme, ist mit alten, schönen Möbeln ausgestattet. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt! Ich hatte zunächst ein wenig Bedenken wegen unserem Hund. Aber alles war eingezäunt und so konnte er bedenkenlos frei laufen. Im Garten gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Und dann noch der schöne Pool, der täglich in den frühen Morgenstunden gereinigt wurde. Hier kann man super entspannen. Es gibt genügend Liegestühle und als wir nach Auflagen fragten, wurden prompt durch die Vermieter welche angeschafft! Großes Lob auch für diesen aufmerksamen Service! Da unsere Kinder geflogen sind, war auch die Nähe zum Flughafen Pisa sehr angenehm. (Ca.1/2 Stunde Autofahrt) Erwähnen möchten wir auch noch gerne den Metzger im Dorf, der uns für unsere Grillabende toll beraten hat und die Würstchen und das Fleisch waren außergewöhnlich schmackhaft! Dieser kleine Metzgerladen wird uns auch sehr fehlen! Wir hatten somit einen unbeschreiblich schönen Urlaub und bedanken uns noch einmal bei unseren tollen Vermietern!

Stunning and authentic Tuscan experience

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christiana and her home. My friends and I had such an amazing week, relaxing in this spacious and beautiful old villa. The view from the patio area and the pool are absolutely stunning! The house was clean and kept cool, even under the hot Tuscan July sun (plus they had fans). The location also worked well for us... we rented cars and could easily make day trips out to Sienna, San Gimignano, Volterra, Livorno, Pisa, and Bolgheri (to name a few). Christiana and her family were also very accommodating and kind to us. They recommended great food nearby and quickly responded when we had any questions or concerns. Christiana even made us a home made apple cake to help celebrate the 4th of July (it was so delicious!). I highly recommend this property and owner. We will be back!

Wonderfull authentic Tuscany holiday home

We had a wonderfull week enjoying the nice big and clean pool with a beautiful view of the tuscany landscape. The villa is nicely mantained in old style and with spacy rooms. Everything worked well in the house. The villa is situated in quite and beautiful surroundings with only a few neighbours. The owners live next door and are very helfull and open minded. They take care of the pool and the flowers but are very discrete. We visited a number of good restaurants in the nearby villages. We can highly recommand this place.

Lovely Tuscan Villa

My family and friends had a wonderful time staying at the villa. We enjoyed beautiful views of the countryside at all hours of the day & night. Comfortable home with plenty of areas throughout to satisfy everyone's taste. Lovely garden and awesome pool! We enjoyed some nice meals both inside the kitchen and out on the patio. Highly recommend this villa! Bring bug repellent for the mosquitoes when walking outside at dusk. The homeowners are absolutely charming too!
